Casual Nuno Costa en el fondo
Insano.
Great
First couple of seconds i thought this was a beefed up woman with that bun 🤦♀️
no feet snatching 245 damn 😮
Horrible form.
Let's see your video then.
@@onecoinmidas4541you don’t need to lift more or be better at something to know something is wrong. While the guy is strong and I don’t think anyone doubts it, the guy is doing the snatches incorrectly. He may never hurt himself but there’s a good chance long term he’ll run into a lot of problems. I don’t think any of us will really care then because we’d be just as old and facing our own health problems.
@Dan-di9jd point out some mistakes he is making plz. Specifically.
His form is pretty damn good imo. Leaves the bar out in front the middle few reps, but olympic pros do that too sometimes.
@@apollyon7x yes he’s pretty strong but you can see his back is slightly arched in many of the lifts and his butt is higher in some places with the rounded back. He’ll be fine in his youth but as soon as he’s in his late 40s and into his 50s he’ll have a lot of health issues. There’s a reason you don’t read a lot of articles interviewing elderly people who were muscular in their primes from weight lifting. They’re either dead or so disabled they can’t do much. But you do hear a lot of articles on people who do things in moderation or trained for the Olympics based sports.
@@Dan-di9jd you said terrible form. I think you just mean risky. His form is perfect on the first and last reps.
Is it a girl or a guy?
😂 that that was a lady
