[HOW TO SPLIT] You can punch out the rod the diaphragms connect to and then you will be in the center of the unit which the outer o-ring usually fails.
My method is to removed the 2 large diaphragms one on each side then I push the rod untill the metal edge of the stainless steel rod can catch on the bottom side of the plate your trying to remove ,then I angle it just slightly so it firmly catching the edge then I place the stem against a table top and push down and the plate should pop off . Once one side is off you don't need the other side to replace the inner parts. You say punch so you hit it where /how..???
toms wrong about being able to open the center of the pump...kleenrite sells the slide shaft repair kit part FPK20751 and ....751V for the viton... they can always be repaired as long as there are no scratches into the plastic body or external cracks..but is it worth the cost vs. a new one for 80 to 105$ I have open the center and repaired many..the o-rings on the slider fail and that causes 90% of pump failures ...thats the repair he should be showing..its 28-32$ for the kits depending on material..viton or santo
@@1marktran watch the Columbian video here on TH-cam ARREGLO ESPUMADORA HIDROLAVADORAS MAR he opens it but I'm sure it was preopened before he shot the video ..it's not that easy and wrap your pliers I would use large channel locking pliers with rubber strips to cushion between pliers and plastic .Good luck that video should get you there

Most times it's a sign of water in the airlines or pressure backing up. At this point or soon you'll need a new pump. In my case I've never fixed one. All replaced.
I have a Flojet D1625E7011A that needs repair, the pump works but stops randomly and I just hit it on the outside and stqrt working again. Can you please tell me which part should I change? thanks
See if the plunger has made a groove into the plastic housing, sometimes it gets stuck in that groove, hitting it knocks it out of the groove. I just replaced a dema valve that had that same issue.
That's called stalling and the problem is a small Oring located in the center of the housing ..the part he claims is sealed and not serviceable yet they sell the repair kit .read my other comments ..100% you have a Oring cracked and or missing on the stainless steel shaft .
Moisture in the line is the #1 reason for the pumps failing. In most cases, if a customer has a issue and they replace the pump...if they let it dry out and reinstall later it will work fine. We normally recommend that a customer install a FP520B, extractor/dryer. If they already have this installed, then we'd recommend a diaphragm kit.
Good morning what is the part # of diaphragms and who did you order from

If it stalls or stops working for any reason it's bad.
