Your Chinchin is chunky.Whenever mine is chunky like that,it doesn't crunch as I want. Also, how do I achieve that creamy look texture and still be crunchy? My Chinchin always turn golden brown before it can be crunchy.
Mine is Crunchy. It depends on the heat you use in frying. If the heat is too high it will cook fast before the chin chin gets done. So when frying bigger sizes I try to control the heat. Try this and let me know if it works. Thanks for your feedback
