I have a son looking for work like this , he lost his job down from Trinmar but he can do this kind of work , we lives in Point Fortin area ,, he with anybody who does build houses as a helper ,,,, if anyone needs a helper to do this kind of work or build toilets & cupboards in kitchen or bedrooms ,,, he does a wonderful job
Hi Calvin great video! Do you work with a architect when working on your projects ? In context with executing the full details of the house plan etc. do you have any additional videos with finished projects etc.?
Here's my problem you guys strip form the next day when the concrete is set lol. Why especially steps you need to strip steps the same day so you get a nice smooth finish.
Looks good like stuff progressing well and quickly but, stirrups spacing is not varied and ties are at 90 degrees; not sure about the proper concrete cover under the slab, did not see spacers; the stairs only seem to have lateral reinforcement.
I’m moving back to Trinidad eventually, and is exploring my options with contractors, architects, etc. can you give detailed information about cost, permits, utilities, home design, especially ones your company has done.. and contact information.. thanks.
Great vid, I’m looking to do something similar a foundation 24ft x 18ft can you tell me an approximate figure of how much material might be needed to do a foundation that size.
