Sometimes Attorneys are faulty as well. I bought a property via the Bank and paid numerous fees, including legal fees using a reputable legal company. However now I am reselling the property I was told by the buyers attorney that an error was made in the previous deed transaction. So now I required to pay thousands to have the matter address.
