Same! My daughter will be 18 months on easter and im sooo excited for her to look for eggs this year! Im the same way...ive always looked forward to holidays and birthdays to make gifts and make it sooo special because thats what my parents did for me when i was little.

Those baskets from Michael's are gorgeous! I had my eye on them, but decided to use a Magnolia Table / Hearth & Hand basket I already had on hand. A couple eco friendly swaps I made for this year's basket include: one sheet of nice (and reusable) tissue paper instead of grass, a ribbon on the basket instead of plastic wrap, and no plastic eggs (though Whole Foods sells 100% recycled plastic eggs). Happy Easter from NJ!

Gift giving is also my love language! I love/hate it bc it makes me feel good to give and see how other people like what I get them, but my bank account reminds me I don’t need to give my neighbor a gift every time she pulls my trash can up from the curb with hers 😂😂

I just bought love languages for Children to read. My love language is acts of service. Neat knowing your love language is gifts. Your creating wonderful memories for your kids. 🐰🐰🐰💕💕💕
