    I transfer Chase points to Marriott at the 40% more promotion. I used those points for Marriott moments. I got two suite tickets to a Clipper game. Average price for same seats was $500. The suite was also all you can eat and drink, alcohol included.

      nice! do you know what the redemption rate (cash price of $500 vs. points price) was?

      @@geobreezetravel no sure. But right now if you buy 40k points, that’s $500. Two face value tickets were $1,000. Of course I don’t recommend buying points. But in this case, it’s a 50% discount

      @@SC_XOLOs sounds like you got a good deal then if you only spent $500 for $1000 of retail value!

    Hi! I’m new to points and miles. I love this tutorial format! Could you do a tutorial on the different ways to book flights with airline transfer partners within an alliance? I’m finding it very confusing! Thanks for your great videos.

      it takes some practice, but you'll get there! rooms.aero is a great tool for finding hotels/ dates for Hyatt that have more than 2 cpp

    Why you choose Marriott not Hilton credit cards and hotel?

    • @geobreezetravel
      @geobreezetravel  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hilton cards are good for easy status for people who don't travel as much. You can get Diamond status just by having the Hilton Aspire card.
      I actually prefer Marriott and Hyatt because they're more challenging to get and so not as many people have top status with those brands. Which usually means better upgrades and nicer perks if the status is harder to obtain.
