    Native jollof rice is my go to rice, when I am tired of Plain white rice, fried rice, and jollof rice.
    It is so simple, easy to make, full of flavors and certainly delicious.
    Native jollof rice can be prepared in different ways depending on where you come from and on individual preference.
    Here is how I prepared mine😊
    INGREDIENTS
    3 Cups already parboiled rice
    2-3 Chopped shombo (Habanero pepper)
    1 ½Chopped medium size onion
    ½ Cup/125ml of Palmoil
    3-5 Blended Scotch bonnet (ata rodo)
    3 Cups water or Chicken/Beef stock
    3 Tbsp locust beans
    1-2 Cups Shredded smoked fish
    2-3 Pieces Dice cooked kpomo
    2 Seasoning cubes
    1 Cup Sliced Efo-shoko (soko)
    Salt to taste
    ¼ Cup Crayfish
    ½ Cup of prawn
