- Lehsuni palak mushroom, mushroom, palak mushroom is easy to make and is new to the taste.
In winters palak is easily available and we get bored of eating palak aloo, sarso palak and palak paneer, this recipe is refreshing and new.
ingredients for lehsuni palak:
palak (spinach) - 2 bunch
mushroom - 1 packet
garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1tsp
bay leaf - 1
dry red chilli - 1
black cardamom - 1
cinamon stick - 1
cloves - 2
ginger paste - 1tbsp
green chilli paste - 1tsp
tomatoes - 2 (paste)
onion - 1
spices:
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 2tsp
raw mango powder - 1/2 tsp
kasturi methi - 1tbsp
garam masala - 1tbsp
salt as per taste

I am in the UK and I made this last night. I used less oil and salt, and used a fresh chilli and Kashmiri chilli powder. Other than that exactly the same (300g mushrooms). Absolutely magnificent! Thank you 😊

So strange ... tomato in spinach curry ... it will spoil the whole colour and taste! No chef will do that.

What is so strange in it??? Adding tomatoes to spinach has nothing to do with color. To maintain color you have to blanch the spinach in the right way. Also you can maintain the color of palak by adding pinch of baking soda. In sindhi cuisine we add tomatoes in Spinach to add flavours.
I have also added tomatoes in spinach since childhood as spinach is filled with iron and tomatoes have vitamin c which makes absorption of iron easy to the body ....also spinach is very tasteless if waten alone .... tomatoes add a tangyness to the whole dish ....so it's good ....❤❤❤❤
Guys never saute mushroom on low flame, it should not release water
