@jgloc25 I didn't post a link because stock changes so much on Amazon. I'll reply with a link and hope it works. Sometimes, YT thinks they are spam and deletes the comment.

@jgloc25 it's a little pillow used to lift things with air. I'll admit I did over tighten my original a bit and messed it up. You could also search for a replacement bulb with a push button, but the air wedge was less expensive, so I bought that and used the bulb.
my dehydrated discs in the lower back would approve of your video. I would also add, that i regularly go to osteopathy which i have to couple with correct exercises to get results. the pain in the lower back usually comes from weak or no muscles in the lower back. but the position of the seat and the pedals is still very important. and thanks for naming the seat, i was thinking of OMP but now you got me another one to check out
Backpain is no joke! The Cobra seat is a bit spendy but, I think of it like buying a mattress since Is spend so much time in it. After over a year of daily use it's still great and I don't like suggesting something that doesn't exceed my expectations. Thanks for watching.
@@sense-of-speed Thanks alot! Its unfortunate that there wasn`t videos of that quality when i first started to hunt my perfect position! Im at the end of the process and i can validate everything you say! Amazing job onece again and keep up the good work! (Can`t wait to try that lumbar support and get rid of my foams!)
@alphapoutine6336 Good stuff, man. For as much as I worked on my position and using the muscle tension philosophy, I knew the videos would help. Let me know how the new lumbar works for you. I seriously won't drive without it.
Awesome. That's why I did them. Too many people struggle with this, and I hope it spreads around more because I think the information is quite helpful. Thanks for watching, and I'm glad they help you.
@666okano Same mate. I'm personally too lazy about it but at the same time I have a feeling i've done many more tries at adjustments than the average sim racer. I don't feel pain so it's fine rn. But I still feel like it could be better. The problem is how cancerous it is to make those "small" changes to your pedal plate/ wheelbase each time. It's a total pain in the ass. If you change one thing, like the seat, you start to feel like you have to adjust the other thing(pedals/pedal plates / pedal heel plate (angle/height)). If I had a really expensive rig with some easier ways to change base / pedals position rather than untightening 4-6-8 bolts at a time for a minor adjustments, I'd have probably tested many more positions and combinations and would have finally settled. But yeah I feel your pain. xd
Thanks for the video! I am actually looking for a new seat. Out of curiosity, which other 2 fixed-back seats did you try? I assume their problem was the lacking of custom padding?
You're welcome. Momo super cup xl because of my size. It was really nice but too wide and the knee pad was too high. The second was the NRG prisma. It was too narrow and couldn't recline as much as I needed. As of today, the cobra with the lumbar pillow is still great. I spend at least 30 hours a week in it with no problems.
@@sense-of-speed Thanks! For your Cobra seat, which thickness did you use for the backrest, base, and knee? I see they have low, medium, and high porfile options.
I bought all of them because I wasn't sure. Currently, I have a medium knee, a low seat, and a low back with the lumbar pillow. I legit spend 30 hours a week in it with no problems and I'm old. Lol
Thanks for the quick reply! I see. It sounds like a really nice seat! Do you have any lower back issues (e.g. with your discs)? It's just a shame the shipping is nearly 250EU for me to get a Cobra seat. I might just have to bite the bullet or see if Sparco has something similar (as they are more readily available here). Finally, did you ever consider a formula-style seat?
Shipping is tough. I no longer have disc issues, but what helps is good incline and supporting as much weight as possible. I went with the cobra because of the cushion choices. I even took it to my chiropractor to have him check it out. I thought about f1, but I don't like my legs up that high.
Man you deserve so much more views!
Thanks, brother. I'm getting there. I've only been doing this for 2 months but word is spreading.!
thx! Also what sim is that at 4:33 on Nords?

Great Video! straight to the point!
Awesome. Thank you!
Thanks for your work man, you've got a new subscriber right now
Awesome, and thank you. I'm glad you got something from it!
you have a link for the inflatable lumbar support, and the Cobra seat? Have to check options as I'm not in the US. TY

@@sense-of-speed Thanks! What's an air wedge? Just read you used it...afraid, like others, of air leaking. Just precautious as I'm not in the US. TY

Great video! Would love to know wich inflatable lumbar support you got!
Thank you. I wanted to post a link, but inventory always goes out, and I didn't want a dead link in the description. Try this. a.co/d/8dCY8hg
@@sense-of-speed cool thanks! That is the one i spotted but couldn`t see the velcro you talked about
That's the exact one I bought. Velcro is on the other side, so you should be good. 👍
