That rotation counter is a tachometer, you put the small rotating end ( that is missing the rubber cap ) on the end of a rotating shaft for 60 seconds then read the RPM (rotations per minute) an the larger scale.

The red pipe is call a torpedoe or smokless pipe.
I had a blue pipe like the 2nd item.
These copycat channels are really springing up now.
And most of them are just ripping each other off. Few original items lately.
