38:06 exactly there's no reason companies would lose capital just by bringing in without any reason. The main reason is that you get hijacked straight away you get NAB/FBR or other behind you like they were waiting for this moment.

I strongly recommend the listing of tkxel. We need quality companies to be listed on the stock exchange. It would give an opportunity to the masses to have a slice of the pie. Umair Javed sb is requested to share his fortune with the people of Pakistan, as he has such a nice heart in his breast.
Even though, as he mentioned, he might not be able to take the IPO money to the foreign lands, however he may multiply the business by scaling in the country with the IPO. And in this way he would be doing as good as anything else. Currently there are a few IT companies listed on the PSX. Among them there are even very few quality companies. Sir, you are requested to come online via PSX. I would be the fist candidate for a few thousand shares of MY tkxel.

It was a very informative and cool conversation between you guys. I enjoyed it a lot.
You guys covered a lot of things about how IT industry is growing and impacting Pakistan, which is great. Tkxel is a great company with a renowned culture.
I have a couple of things in my mind, why Pakistan is not capable of producing great products that impact the world not only Pakistan, we have the best engineers there and we are using these engineers as labor why not launch Pakistan-based products like Amazon, Microsoft etc.
Why not invest money in creating Products that will be used worldwide. 80% of Software Houses in Pakistan are serviced based. This is all about mindset.
Please bring this also in conversation, so that we focus on creating our own products and put impact in the worldwide industry and earn some respect.
    Thanks

9:11 how come LUMS "AVERAGE" ko behtr kr deta hy when they don't even take admission of "AVERAGE", its BS like me mu utha k yhn chla gya yhn admission hoga mu utha k whn chla gya whn bhi hoga what kind of oversimplying story is this? This is like giving a false sense to the ones who are watching it and trying to improvie there wasn't much emphasie on the kind of background you had then achiving what you achieved was a piece of cake. Not a very good podcast, this time around.
Not much relevant questions asked or answered.
Company's retention policies, self-taught individuals, Employees equity if any, perspective on Pakistan's economy nothing was addressed clearly here.
Muzammil is becoming paranoid about how dumb or maybe how irresponsible pakistani employees can be, which is not a good judgement to pass.
Anyway this is our culture, keep badmouthing your people to the very bitter end. Salim Ghauri was right, that's not a good message to pass on to the world, we must train and create our own resources. Every problem can be solved through innovation and experimentation.
