    Love this build. Have the ‘20 version somewhat stock and wanted to do swept back bars. Tires also grabbed my attention. Thanks for the video

    Nice looking sled man, well done, well thought out, set up nicely as a town-hopper/day tripper.

      YO, just watched this again and realized, this was OEM a drop bar no? So if it WAS drop, how do you find the ride with flat bars as I think the TT length was a shorter i.e. designed for drop. Now Salsa offers flat and drop versions of the Journeyman and the flat versions are longer in the top tube. Cheers.

    Nice one 👌 though I would rank the Faran by Fairlight Cycles an even more functional all road bike and a fitts delight 👍

    Steel frame?

    • @PudgyPedalPusher
      @PudgyPedalPusher ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In the most respectable way I can offer this, if you look at this bike and can not figure out what tubing it’s made from, you’ve not spent enough time learning about steel and alloy to validate an opinion.
      Just my opinion but this frame to folks who have strong opinions towards steel vs alloy is OFF the radar of those who know the difference. ✌️

      @@PudgyPedalPusher I've been riding my Yo Eddy since 2007 soI should know what a steel bike is.
      Just a simple question with a totally moronic response.

    • @PudgyPedalPusher
      @PudgyPedalPusher ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@johnhickman2033 you can take my response however you choose and that, I cannot control. My point was at a pretty quick glance most metal vs metal vs metal vs plastic folks know that large diameter shaped tubes with large welds are aluminum. I have an ‘86 Fat Chance I occasionally ride so I guess that makes us internet friends again.

    • @johnhickman2033
      @johnhickman2033 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@PudgyPedalPusher I accept that totally.
      I had a Cannodale M200 from 1995, battleship grey - a lovely bike - fat- tubed aluminium for sure. I loved it. Steel has a different feel. Anyway, anything is better than carbon - in my humble opinion...

    • @PudgyPedalPusher
      @PudgyPedalPusher ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@johnhickman2033 plastic (carbon) is the only frame material I don’t have and never have owned. Not for me but I’m not an elite level racer who counts grams and replaces parts all the time either.
