This was lovely. I really enjoyed the minute or so doing freestyle. I rotated my hips and around it helped loosen them up. Thank you for this gentle practice.
This sequence was so fast, it INCREASED my anxiety just trying to keep up. I barely had time to get into the full expression of some poses, let alone sync into my breath. In my opinion there were way too many movements squeezed into this small amount of time.

You can slow TH-cam videos down in th settings. I thought it was great, but every body is different.
