Hi Kuma I have a question my male Syrian hamster only weighs 130 g he used to be more than this maybe 150 g but he keeps on losing weight and I feed him good quality food high in fat just for the purpose of fattening him up a bit but it's not working he has normal behaviour though And he is active.i just wanted to know if this is something to worry about! Would be grateful for a reply
@@YAHUAH50 It's definitely alarming for a hamster to lose so much weight, especially if it happened fairly quickly. It it continues, or if his behaviour changes, at all, PLEASE take him to the vet.

Paprika is so big! I've always thought about that little darling that she is just so special, sits there in your hands and never wriggles at all. And also she looks very happy. All your hamsters are so big! I wonder how much Clementine weighs. My scales broke (if I weighed her a bit before I'm sure the scales would have collapsed anyway, she's so huge!) but will get another.
The fatter a hamster goes, the cuter it will be😏 (If a hamster is too fat, it can lead to diabetes, even heart problems! So never let your hamster go too fat!)
I believe it hard to lose weight after having so many babies and getting older. With eating the right foods like veggies I believe she can lose some more weight. You are doing a great job. Keep up the great work.
cute video as always! your hams are really big, compared to most hams I’ve seen on internet, but they look healthy. I think girl is normally chonkier than boy, the latter looks long lol chonky hams are adorable, they look like baby bear, just looking at their face makes me feel happy❤️
All your hamsters look so healthy and well fed, they have the most beautiful fur! If a hamster doesn't look chubby when their sitting down they are probably underweight.
