Because if the water is too deep and too hot hamsters have really thin skin so ot would damage them
If the hamster needs a bath, they use sand baths, not water baths

The water wasn't to deep but they were scared😢 They need to feel safe. Also the hamsters with no wheel were bored. I wish people would treat their animals better.

Hamsters are not stuffed animals but living beings, even if they are small.
Most of the cages shown are far too small for a hamster. Hamsters need the opportunity to build a nest in their cage that gives them security. In nature, this is how they protect themselves from predators.
To do this, for example, you put small covered wooden houses in the cage and offer material for building nests.
I couldn't see that the hamsters had anything to climb either.
I could list more, but I doubt that those who find stuff like that cute can understand it.
The functioning brain is smaller than that of a hamster or the person is just a sadist.
I get exactly what you mean, I've had hamsters for more than 15yrs now. I've made sure they had space to do things and have fun. I'm going to find another habitrail to add more space for my hamster to explore. His name is Little Princess Latte' and he is my little buddy, his house is next to my bed. He has plenty of bedding and two separate areas to sleep plus a hut that he sleeps in as well. I get exactly what you mean,...✌✌✌💜💜💜

Causes can be boredom , abuse or to small living space .
And ....adult hamsters should not be forced to live together , it's not their nature !
I was just thinking the same way too. This seems a bit suspicious to me.
Facts about hamsters: YOU DONT NEED TO BATH THEM! Because they actually clean themselves and if you do bath them it can lead to dry fur coats and skin problems. So instead of water baths you can spot clean them with a damp cloth of give them sand baths. (I had a hamster before that’s how I know😢)

My misty passed by a broken neck in one of those metal wheels in the 1990s. I never gave them that metal wheel ever again and warned everyone. It was devastating finding her like that after I came home from school.😢

It can happen I believe if they have been in a too small cage for too long. those later ones as well at 3:25 that's not normal hamster behavior.
