It's worth buying the DVD for the director commentary (yes, Martin goes "model ... that's a model ... model, model, model" on that as well); if you love Goldeneye it's another way to enjoy the film again if you've watched it to death. It doesn't include the making-of feature - but you can just watch that on TH-cam (which I also heartily recommend!).
It's a brilliant film - I only realised yesterday that Brosnan's first Bond film came out the year before Tom Cruise appeared in Mission Impossible - except Cruise is still making those films!

As brilliant as GoldenEye is, I actually agree with Martin at 4:00. The music is noticeably worse than other Bond films (speaking as a musician whose main point of interest is film scores). People lambast Die Another Day, but with regard to music, it is GoldenEye’s superior, as is Tomorrow Never Dies which has the best score of Brosnan’s bunch. But Martin needn’t worry. He directed two of the best Bond films ever made (the latter of which had phenomenal music!).

They did it to Carrie Fisher, for instance; she'd clearly had work done and had lost weight for her appearance in the sequel trilogy.

In fact she never admitted to ever having work done... weight loss I completely understand because actors need to look a certain way but why when they are meant to be portraying normal people would they feel the need to get work done.
