Tip.
If they smell like each other they think they are family and not enemy.
But their scents are very different and strange. So don't let them meet, keep them in separate rooms then switch them into each others rooms. Their scents have to mix, by getting hem used to each others things. In time their scents become one and then they'll think they are family.

I think it's because they are hybrids bred to look a bit tigery, they're bred from leopard cats.
There is an even easier way to intro new cats:
Give all the cats, even the new one, a bath.
Cats communicate identity through scent. If one cat does not recognize the scent of another, they're not trusted and viewed as an intruder. Not an addition.
By bathing all the cats with the same cat shampoo, A) they all lose their natural scent replaced by the shampoo. Thus becoming neutral or "invisible" to one another and B) spend the next 2 hours or so regrooming to care there's a new kid in town plus the new kid smells like everyone else.
I understand this can be a rather large endeavor if you have multiple cats but it does work well. I have intro'd all my cats in this manner and by the next day they're all napping together.

Do you think this will work for cats that have smelled each other for weeks but still won't get along? They got into a big fight a day ago and I had to separate them again. I'm beyond stressed out by having to keep redoing the introduction process, idk what more I can do.

I'm currently in the process of introducing my four-year-old residential cat to a new five-month-old kitten...the elder one being a male, the younger one being a female. Going against my expectations, the older male cat who has been here for over a year is more relaxed than the new kitten. Watching this made me feel a little less stressed as it shows that it just takes time. Thank you for this video :)

A male Cat + female Cat is a really hard combination. Males like to fight play and Female like to chase and catch things. I learned this on the Hard way. We are in 3 weeks now and it gets better every day ( both kitten 4 and 6 month ). The female one is so small , the male always try to play with her on male way.
Please don`t use this video as an example...because the introduction was done terribly here! The cats fought so much & had so much stress...and the owner did nothing! No wonder it took so freaking long to get them used to each other. Seems to me that the owner likes the cats to fight, so she can make videos of it. I looked into the channel & they even get into serious fights as adults. Not a good example on how to keep multiple cats.
I have introducted 3 cats with each other, 2 males & 1 female, one of them is a Bengal too...they were friends after 1 week! Without any fights...because I did the introduction slowly & correctly. If I had it done like in this videos, all of them would`ve fought too.
Please look into tutorials on how to do introductions correctly.

@@salmaaktar2547 Although its origin is from US, it is a hybid as a result of cross between Asian Leopard Cat(P. bengalensis)and the Domestic Cat.The Bengal name came from its genetic parent's Species name.(because of that spots)

Velo is like the peacemaker, gentle, just want to get along with everyone innocence, and Stego is chilled and the oldest who wants respect, boundaries, but still likes attention, just not the way Tyranno giving it to him by slapping him around like Velo😂😂😂

bengal cat almost always become the alphas.. they have the genetics for it.. and even the smallest kitten can be unbelievably cheeky during introductions.. i have seen only few maine coons not to "succumb"

Don’t ever let anyone tell you cats can’t be together! I have 16 and they all live together without a problem. Obviously they have their own preferences and thus annoy each other every so often but at the end of the day they are a family, super tight and super protective of each other.
While some cats are more problematic than others and may take more time I believe every cat can become friendly with the right tools.
I have this cat I got from a rescuer, she was severely abused by her previous owner (mentally) and it showed. For two years I had to work to “assimilate” her into the fam (she wouldn’t even come out from under the bed not even to eat) but it worked in the end and today she’s thriving!
I dont think the older one ever got over the loss of being top cat.

I needed this because my grandma's cat had given birth to 4 kittens & and in our place we have a white Siberian forest cat named Snowbell. Out of all 4 kittens we decided to adopt a ginger coloured cat & decided to name the kittie ginger. We thought to adopt the kitten cause the femal cat in our place didn't give birth yet because she is already a grown up and we had her for 3 months so yessssss I'm excited to adopt ginger!
