Thank you! I was trying hard to find the brand but surprisingly it doesn't say. I bought it from uni years back so no clue sorry. It's feels like medium weight cartridge paper if that helps?

wow yes it was me! people don't normally find me by chance on TH-cam so thank you for mentioning. It's the trickiest piece I've painting so far so glad you like it 😊
You did a great job 😍🌟✨ I also have a hard time drawing character scenes sometimes. But recently I've found that the eno pilot (I use red lead) mechanical pencil takes a lot of the stress of sketching away for me lately. I hope this helps ❤
Thank you 🥰 I follow little thunder on Instagram and noticed how she uses red pencils as well. She leaves the line and it looks amazing but I've never tried myself. Does it feel different sketching in red?
Most definitely especially if you use a mechanical pencil instead of a regular pencil . The red lines always dissolve underneath most of what you put on top of it plus it's really soft and easily erasable. I recommend using a kneadable eraser for it though or a Faber Castell. I was using prisma col-erase at first but now just my eno pilot.
Ah that makes a lot of sense especially with watercolours as well. Will 100% try and buy these! I've never explored erasers much so glad you mentioned those. Do you have an insta page or platform for your art? Would love to check it out ☺️
I don't have the brands but they're just cheap synthetic ones from a craft store. I used mainly pointed round brushes, round brushes and fine detail brush. Hope this helps :)

I tend to mix a bit of everything to get that colour range but with the main parts like chihiro clothes it's a mix of vermilion, scarlet and white and maybe a touch of burnt umber to darken. The flowers were pink and white so they had different hues to stand out against each other. Is there any parts in particular you want to know about?
HI katie!! You painted beautifully! I have a doubt, When i paint and use different colours, the previously mixed colors get dried up. Inorder to use them i have to add water which in turn turns the paint watery. does this happen to you too? What do you do? P. S- loved the Lil fan 😍
Hello! Thanks for the kind words 🥰 So I would use as little water as possible to reactivate the dried gouache. If you have just a small bit of dried paint in your palette, dip your brush in water then dab the brush on a cloth or paper towel so it's only damp. Then work it into the paint and it should be enough. If not then repeat the dipping and dabbing on the cloth so the brush is more damp. Hope this helps! 💕
Hello! I got this years ago and it has no branding so I'm not sure sorry. It's just cartridge paper inside and honestly not that great for gouache. I'm gonna try priming it with gesso next time to see if it works better
