    All you need is the Park method. No sedation needed. Technique itself provides pain relief. 30 seconds and its in. Nearly 100% success rate.

    I’ve had a dislocated shoulder for about a year now, I’ve tried many things but was to no avail. I’m really disturbed now I don’t know what to do pls I’m confused...
    What can I do?

      I got my dislocation treatment with surgery
