For this week’s ML&S ‘SFTW’ due to popular demand, we are revisiting the Zumspot hotspot. Our Gary provides an in depth review of what this handy little unit does and provides a simple guide to get on the air and through the pipeline. With digital modes making up a large proportion of VHF/UHF sales now, it can be hard to decide which mode to choose. Now this would be a whole a series of videos if we were to take this route. So that’s best left to the experts and we will focus on how to get those modes onto the networks quickly.

I'm sorry but how is connecting directly from your computer Amateur Radio? Also, YSF is probably the easiest mode to use. No registration required, simple. I also echo the X button issue mentioned in another comment

Amateur radio has many facets, if this one doesn't float your boat then it doesn't float your boat.. DMR doesnt realy float mine, but I dont judge anyone for enjoying it.. Gaz
