Yeah literally but we were not there it was only my cousin who hates confrontation so when she tried to stand up for herself and was nervous (thanks to her anxiety) the girl who was taking it said she is nervous proving it isn’t hers if it was hers she would be confident because she knows it is her propert

I’m not to sure my cousin bought her purse with all her important and then a carry on with easy jet not too sure what it is now

How the hell can they just claim someones bag??! Like there must be smth inside the bag that could prove that the bag is his
