    Katrina. You should not adjust your blade for different types of vinyl. Once you get it set then you adjust your force. If you need help I’m here to help. What I do is have two separate blade holders and only use the 45 degree for everything. One for thinner material and one for thicker material ie flock, magic flock, glitter, brick.

      Thank you

    • @garypolsinelli6033
      @garypolsinelli6033 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can do that or use the loupe it comes with and then adjust to the depth you need once you have your blade length dialed in for each material.. Either way is good.

      You should use the 60 Degree blade for Flock, Magic Flock, Glitter and brick. I just use 60 Degree for everything lol.

    I have the CE6000 60plus and thats how i started. You don't have to keep taking your blade out to adust there is a code sheet for the force on different materials.

    • @katrinasgracefulcreations3711
      @katrinasgracefulcreations3711  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I know about the force but the guy said if the material is really different then to make sure. That’s the guy who works at graphtec. I know I can just change the force but for the very first time I was just making sure I guess until I really learn the machine. Thanks for the tip.

    You should use the Loupe and write down the line its on and put it on the machine. also not all blades are the same Length. the same blade can be longer then the one you had in after you changed it. and you have to make sure cuz you will have to adjust it again. I have 4 blade holders for different material so I dont have to keep adjusting the blade for different material. like siser easyweed then using thermoflex material or using Flock and Rhinestone material.I also use cleancut blades and get about 2yrs on one blade. say goodbye to the cameo, juliet, etc lol. these machines are next level I have 3. Wait till you get use to the barcode scanner and conture cutting.

    Glad you have a Graptec,, I had mine for a year and struggle with the software. I purchased Parallel so that I can run on my Macbook Pro. I have Graphtec Studio that came with it and it seems to be better but big learning curve for me. Can't wait to learn from you how to set up for print and cut.....
