High drama as the SCDF's DART personnel assist the Police apprehend a Killer-Litter suspect who refused to let the Police into the 16th floor apartment unit.

@fangkins... maybe you are living in the 3rd world country.. according to the officers in SCDF...Singapore DART is the TOP (No.1) rescuers in ASEAN countries.. and 17th in the World...if im not wrong in this.... beat that..
Maybe because it's not a murder case and suspect isnt killing anyone( tho her action might cause injury) police wont risk breaking the door.If there is no tenant, who is going to pay for the damage if she is not guilty?

Well just for your information , Singapore strictly prohibits firearms ( Possessing them means you're in serious shit) DART is part of the civil defence so they wouldn't have any handguns with them. Even if the suspect had a weapon , the police would be there to deal with it.
I do not understand why they dispatch the Fire / Rescue? What if this man and woman had guns or other weapons when the team entered the window? Does DART carry hand-guns? ( .9mm .45mm pistols? other weapons?). The neting looks more like a deterrant / scare-tactic against jumping. Would that yellow air-boat / yellow inflatable REALLY save someone if they jumped from that high? It does not look very big - if they jump far, could land far away from it. What is it for? Thumbs UP!
four4vizslas The yellow inflatable can actually potentially save someone. The suspect in question was responsible for throwing things out of a 16th floor window nothing else. Was not armed and wasn't a danger to anyone but herself. Armed response was not necessary.
