I have a BR750 and truly appreciate any videos that can help me with maintenance. You mentioned how you determined there was a problem, which was very helpful. You didn't mention how many bales. I have 10k and am anxious about what is next to go. I was a bit disappointed that this video included 9 minutes of material that had nothing to do with the title - maybe should have been 3 separate ones. Thanks for your detail.
Hi know this is 4 years ago but we just found this busted on our baler You mentioned in the video "they said about hydraulic pressure" so was hoping can tell me if found other videos, forums, or really helpful mechanics? Because of course busts on a long weekend😡. Just trying to figure out so can get to the bolts to take it out
Na I never found anything...if you have a second loader tractor you can release all pressure and chain pressure roll assembly to loader tractor to hold it up as the tail gate is open
Hey buddy. This just come up. I've never seen it before till now. I have a 660. Basically the same shit. Musta did it wrong lol. I did that roller with out pulling the belts.
Murphy Law G’day Murphy, yes it finally stopped but we have heavy rain forecast this afternoon again. I’m having my breakfast then going up in the cherry picker to fix a gutter!!! Damn. How are you? 👍
Murphy Law me too.. it’s never ending. Last summer was a wash out but this summer has been slightly better. They should build more reservoirs and have hydro power in this country!!!! Like most countries it’s run by chimps!!

A bearing can fail at any time...don't matter how many bales you have on it I've had them go with only a couple hundred on new bearings
Great vid Bren,, nice family. I remember bare backin on my grampas farm when I was that age. Nice!
Thanks Don 😊
I stopped in between loads today.
I like the looks of Tucker!
Doc
Ya hes a sharp looking guy a little chunky but I haven't had much time for him this year
Heavens Brendan you need some non barb wire to do those gate closers ! Ouch ! Lol
This way some dumbass won't try opening them...👌👍
Ha ha , sounds like you have a plan ! Keep up the hauling vids , they are are just great !
@@m.j.l.abulle9107 thanks buddy 👍..will do

Got a 688 im about to tackle the compression roller bearings on
They can be a real pain...having a second person really helps
Went at it after supper last night. Took about 1.5 hours to get it apart. Ended up pulling 4 rollers that had questionable bearings.
G'day BP and CP
Roller fun🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I don't miss those, or lacing belts.
I just got lucky on finding it
👍👌🇨🇦❤, gr8 video, totally blowin' away
👍👌😂🤣

Hey...I had a 660..I just thought it would be easier with belts out versus belts it...especially if I did it by myself
Those baler bearings suck! Good job you can get it fixed yourself. 👍
G'day mate how are you and did to rain finished.

I just changed the bearings on my BR770. I had to lift that whole assembly to line up the holes in the side of the frame. No fun.
Ya it can be a pain
Too bad you have to take all the belts out to change a stinking bearing!!🤬 Looks like you got to spend some time with the kids!!👍🍺👍🍺👍
Only have to take belts out to change pressure roller bearings...your baler is the same way...ya it qas nice to see them
You could have reused those insert plates. They’re not pressed in. They just slide in.
Second 😁
Is it me my friend? Or do you work on that thing all the time. LOL Just kidding. You take care BP.
Thanks Tom
My gosh that job looks like it really sucks. My blood pressure would have been boiling by the end of that.
Ya it kinda sucks...but almost all of the other bearings I can change out in 15-20 min each
First I think
🏆👍
Yeah for are baler the gear jumped some teeth
So not to bad to fix
