I think its interesting to note, that morpheus only offered the red pill to neo, while in the first movie he offered both the red pill and the blue pill. Thats the reason neo declines the offer, because it wouldn't be a choice, if there is only one Option.
Having the operators in the scene saves a lot of time and money with 2nd units, while still using the actors properly. And it's a handy plot device that stops them being remote spectators, as seemed to happen in the original trilogy. It's a good idea.
expect it kinda looks dumb like scene par scene in script is like the first movie so no its lazy setting not that they arent working hard but it goes to the studios squealing everything or dead movie series 20 years later its a money grab beli that
It seems like another theme of this movie will be self-doubt. In the first movie, while Neo seemed a bit skeptical of Morpheus at first, when offered the Red Pill he took it without hesitation because more than anything he wanted to know "what the Matrix is." Then it was a roller-coaster ride for Neo's faith in himself as he goes from being "just some guy" to "The One" to "Just another system of control" to finally finding inner peace...for a few brief moments before dying. Now it seems Neo may have some form of PTSD and memory suppression, perhaps some of which enforced by his own mind and not just the blue pills. He seeks out answers, but when they present themselves he gets cold feet and panics because he's afraid of relieving the horror that was the Zion war. He lacks faith in himself and his abilities, which might be why he thrusts his hands out in front of him with visible effort when stopping bullets rather than just nonchalantly saying "Ya no talk to the hand, bullets" in the original trilogy. This will be a journey of self-rediscovery in more ways than one.
Yeah it will be fascinating to see how they walk the fine line between remembering patches of Matrix while also having no idea who Trinity is, equally fascinating is the Machines decision to wipe memory of eachother. I suspect it has to do with the "liability" of him having chosen to save her rather than "greater humanity"
I like your viewpoint. I believe you are correct. This is a journey of rediscovery...for both he and Trinity. He changed Smith's code when he dives into him. I'm sure he's changed Trinity's as well, she seems far more "the one" like than the previous version of herself. I'm actually excited to see this. I don't care about the action sequences as much as the spiritual and philosophical questions I will ask myself after my viewing.
rewatch the scene where Neo is strapped in the chair after meeting Morpheus, he thinks it a fetish roleplay. No really. He looks at Trinity and says "you set all this up?" and she replied "m-hm." Neo never believed in the Matrix until he was unplugged, then had a mental breakdown with his "no...i want out. Lemme out!!!!!!!!" Morpheus then apologised to him and said he was past his log-out date and he shouldnt of freed Neo because it was dangerous (presumably to his mental health). Looks like Neo in Matrix 4 is having the anxiety and depression of the memories from the films.
@@keylanoslokj1806 Neo technically was one of those gold cold entities too, there’s multiple theories as to why they were shown with gold code. They could be source code, code from other versions of the matrix etc or some have said representative of physical machines in the real world (I’d argue that’s all of the matrix anyway). I do personally agree though, this definitely shows this Morpheus like person is most likely a digital entity of some sort.
@@conradmw81 the Skywalker franchise has been dead for many years. Honestly if they had picked a different storyline from one of the books or something, those last three vies would've been a huge success.
Something tells me that the redpills outside of the Matrix being able to interact with someone who's jacked in was loosely inspired by Russell Crowe's scenes in Man of Steel. These clips remind me of when he was basically teleporting around guiding Lois to the escape pods of the Kryptonian ship. You can tell by how Morpheus looks in the general direction of Bugs and the operator that he can actually see them. Then once more when Bugs nods at the operator after he says that the door is on their right. So someone who's jacked in doesn't just hear the people on the outside, they can clearly see them. Like pseudo-guardian angels or spirits who are only visible to those who have been unplugged and can see the world for what it is. Which would explain all of the extra gear that he's wearing. The vest, wrist gauntlets, the head gear and visor. A neat idea, though to me based on these clips, it seems like it's going to be annoying to watch if it happens constantly throughout the whole movie. I really hope that it's used sparingly....
It could be that the operator's mind is actually inside the Matrix, wearing his controls instead of sitting at a console. If Zion control works better in a construct, maybe the same is true of operators.
@chrismas nope there are new BTS leaks that confirm that Bugs is the captain of the Mnemosyne and she is trying to locate his pod in the real world just as Morpheus did.

I just hope this isn't a Matrix version of Force Awakens and that they are actually extending the lore which they have half done with the Mirror portals and door jumps which speaks to humans increased ability. I hope we are going into a phase of similar magnitude to the original war but a post war and Smith can be to the machines what the original advent of AI was to humans
**SPOILERS** - I saw some spoiler footage that shows Naobi saying that Zion is stuck in their own Matrix. So it appears the red pills and blue pills operate 2 separate Matrix systems. There are machines in Zion who help the humans. That's an interesting concept but it still doesn't answer any questions - why is there another war and who is behind it?
No I believe you took what Niobe said too literally. If you listen to the entire sentence and her phrasing, it could definitely mean like “stuck in their own ways/same old cycle/system” as in unable to progress and evolve. That they are stagnating. That’s how I took it anyway. Wait and see until the movie is out but I do not subscribe and have never subscribed to the decades old theory that Zion is in The Matrix. If Zion wasn’t real it basically undoes the entire trilogy and makes it pointless.
@@damoncurrie7103 do a video search for Matrix Resurrections Behind The Scenes and you'll find the channel. It looks like an intentional leak from WB. There's 20 minutes of BTS spoilers.
I realize this is a strange way to answer your question, but basically the gold code programs are fighting the green code programs on behalf of the humans. Said another way: altruistic source code programs are fighting non-altruistic machines.
Man, your meta-contextual analysis of the meaning of showing Neo a comforting, nostalgic video of his past, while showing the audience a comforting, nostalgic video of our past, is chefs kiss
Neo had control of the Matrix and inserted the Morpheus program. To ensure there would always be a version of Morpheus there to be able to free Neo. Mark my words. This will be 100% true when you see the movie. Also no that is not what breaking the 4th wall is. Breaking the 4th wall would be Neo acknowledging the audience watching the movie, which would be us, and speaking to us.
Yea that was confirmed in an interview. But what's even crazier is that Morpheus himself believes that he is Smith and has to be woken up by Bugs. A program being woken up by a human? Interesting new twist.
I really like how you explained the bathroom scene, with the set and setting (Morpheus and Neo’s reactions, the location) intentionally looking and feeling off, because there’s a lot of negativity about it right now. I agree that I was weirded out by it at first (but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it looks like an SNL skit...idk why people are so fixated on that comparison) but it does look very different from the rest of what I’ve seen of the movie, so I hope that’s intentional. I have a feeling that this movie is going to be a lot like the first two sequels, with great concepts but execution that falls short, but hey. The first was lighting in a bottle, and it’s really hard to recreate something like that, especially when many of the people involved with the original trilogy aren’t back for this one. It’s gonna feel different. Love these videos and this channel, it’s really holding me over until the movie comes out!
At the beginning by “experiment” Neo is referring to the events in the first Matrix movie. Morpheus’ response summarizes what he has done until he found Neo. Neo was led to believe that the events he remember from the first matrix movie were an “experiment”. My question is how would the red pill work. Ok they transport in and out of the new Matrix through doors and mirrors but for the first time, they need to locate the physical location of the body in the mind fields. So Neo wouldn’t be able to jump into the mirror and find himself in the “real” world. Hmmm… Also don’t miss the interview with Keanu where he spills the beans by saying Yahya’s character is “an AI” 🤯
According to Morpheus in the first movie: "The pill you took is part of a trace program. It's designed to disrupt your input/output carrier signal so we can pinpoint your location."
Snap, this kind of goes back to what i had kind of concluded. we created the matrix like vr except people chose to make it real, having their memories wiped of the 'real world' because like cypher said 'i believe this world can be more real than the real world'. after 100 years or so of that everyone chose to live in the matrix so we had to create the machines to keep us alive so we could stay in fantasy land. the matrix is presented like we're enslaved by the machines but we we're not, we chose it, we just don't remember that we chose it.
As a D.O.P I can't help but notice how intensely different this feels from frame to frame, particularly that restroom scene, it feels like a skit shot by the SNL crew. A part of me understands that it's a new experience, but another part of me wishes Bill Pope was a part of the production for framing the film
Bro i've been watching your vids for a while now. I really appreciate the dedication and accuracy with all your content and the thoughtfulness to not publish any unlicensed/unverified leaks etc. Keep up the good work you will blow up even more when the movie drops promise :-D

December 22 can’t come fast enough! His reaction hooked me in: “T-this can’t be real!!” The king still got it!
As far as the matrix movie played in the theater. The operators from the original mo in might have recorded the matrix code. Now they're just replaying that code in visual format
You notice on the train that the operator Zeek was there when Neo and Bugs walked by but was in front of them when he said “Door’s on your right.” This shows that he isn’t “real” while in that system. Great vids bro!
@@centurion8446 That’s what it looks like because that bathroom scene had Bugs and Zeek in positions in one shot and they were gone in the next. Also, Bugs didn’t look like her “Residual Self Image.”
This sounds like a more convenient way to portray some kind of presence without having to cut to another take with the operator outside. This same "technique" was used in Sense8 by Lana.
Ok, I’ve definitely been exposed to enough conjecture and theory. I’m confident that the new Matrix 4 will freaking be awesome! I don’t want to know anymore! Let’s get them tickets!!!
the behind the scenes footage is like 20 minutes and essentially goes through all the story beats of the movie.. but its very informative and gives me great confidence in the final product.
There is a really small detail you missed that I hoped you would have touched on. If you look at the clip released at the game awards, the one where they are in the train, at 32 seconds you can see sideways code on the window to the left.
Ah! Very good spot, this could be a representation similar to corridors the key maker used, a realm between realms if you will to traverse between simulations.

So much information has come out in past 24hours. Can you please cover some of these topics? Neo vs Morpheus Dojo clip. Trinity's bluepill name. Altered digital self-image. Neo's job and where he works. Niobe's confirmed age. Christina Ricci's character. New human/machine city called IO. Og Morpheus statue/shrine. New location called Sati's Grove. Handler program's. Di's and Syntheon's. Swarm Runners.
The clip where Neo is about to walk off that building with everyone trying to stop him; There's a TV screen outside the roof restaurant apparently playing the first matrix film.
Thats interesting. So that either confirms the rumors that Neo is playing an actor in this new movie or he's a game developer. Its probably that he's an actor. As the spoiler review wrote, this movie is probably going to be quite meta.
Color has always been a very important aspect of the Matrix movies. In the old movies, a green tint represented the Matrix while a blue tint represented the real world. This time around, it seems that scenes with a yellow tint represent revelation and truth. The scene where he looks up to the sky seeing the birds is basking in yellow sunlight. Same with the scene in the bookstore where he gets the Alice in Wonderland book. Scenes in blue represent the static of artificial reality. The scenes in the bathrooms where he takes the pills or where he sits in the bathtub. "Morpheus" wearing yellow here is following the same theme. He is offering revelation. But the scene does not reflect that, he's a beacon of revelation in a "mundane" scene that does not support this. Hence Neo's rejection of it. We have the exact opposite in the scene from the old trailer with the psychologist. Here, the room has a yellow tint, while the psychologist and his belongings are blue (his glasses, his office supplies, etc), representing Neo's search for a revelation and the person withholding it from him.
Finally someone talking about colors. Green is the machine control. Blue is the human (real) world. Yellow was also in the original trilogy, and was what the directors called "The spirit of the universe", a sort of real energy beneath the reality (a kind of truth, yes) This time colors are strange, the blue seems dominant, as if it was a human simulation.
That's why I wonder if he's in a different kind of Matrix (Source), eg one based on Golden code as opposed to the green code of the OT, hence the different hue? And we see Neo and Trinity in isolated pods
@@danielesevero5475 As stated in the OP, I think the "color code" and the meaning of the colors has changed. Since we're very likely not talking about the "original" Matrix anymore. I think we need to look at two fundamentally different aspects. The "hue" of a scene, the lighting that a scene has, and the coloration of the characters. They can be in sync with each other (like the lady in the bookstore handing Neo the Alice book, who is wearing bright, "warm", yellow clothing, and the scene also being basking in yellow light) or they can clash (like the "blue" psychotherapist in a "yellow" scene). Let's not forget that the Wachovskys have always drawn from the style and artform of Manga, where style and coloration have often been a crucial aspect of the storytelling. Watch the trailers again, and pay attention to how the scenes are lighted, and what kind of colors the characters either wear or carry with them. I do think that whether the characters and the scene sync up, color-wise, or whether they clash has its very own meaning in and of itself. Symbolism is huge in these movies, it always was. Color has also always carried a large part of that symbolism.
@@0x777 Indeed, but there is something that maybe you are missing: the blues blueray remaster of the first movie has now a slighty different color grading: more blue, more vibrant colors, more contrast. It's very close to the new movie style (take a look at the neo-smith fight in the subway). Some colors standing out of the others is always been already part of the language of the trilogy (see the single use of red, in the lady, in the merovingian, in the human plants, to symbolize the dept of hell. See the single use of white, the order of pure and simple code working.) I believe that they still symbolize the same things and that reveals who controls the matrix now (some humans with the machines, while we see some machines in human form in Zion )
In The Game Day clip, notice.. non the the passengers notice the operator that says "the portal is clean" then he disappears then re appears in front of them WITHOUT WALKING PAST THEM as they are leaving the train, and says "door to the right"
When I first saw the Jimmy Falon clip on its own I was like, what the hell lol. Then watching this video where you make the connection with that clip and the game awards scene absolutely nails it and puts it into perspective for me. Very good catch and explanation! If this is indeed the intention of Lana and writers, I think it could be very interesting how this all plays out. Essentially, from what we've seen so far, it seems as though they themselves are very keen on how important this franchise is to a lot of people.
Morpheus dressed in yellow might have some connection with the yellow matrix code flowing upwards. It might symbolise enlightment. Going up and golden color reminesent me to awakening from samsara. Dream reality. By the way buddhist enlightment comes with remembering past lifes which is a main theme of matrix 4.
Re the movie, think perhaps all the code they watched from the previous films they saved on hard drives etc but now they have the ability to turn that code into watchable footage.
Continuing on my theory (posted on your last video): The Keymaker to my knowledge didn’t have access to Zion, I.e all he could do was lead them to a phone via his backdoors. With this in mind, Mirrors & Doors (or portals as they seem to be called) look to be a tool used to travel between variants of the current set of simulations (1-7). With regards to Neo being told “you wanted this” we’re assuming there’s one Neo - what happens if there was more; he’s to our current knowledge (at least in part) a digital entity after all. The first trailer slightly confirms this multiple Neo theory with Neo looking at his own (unfamiliar) reflection. We may be overlooking there could be multiple scenarios in which Neo took the blue pill and by traversing the simulation we’re delving into one of those realities. With regards to the Yellow clothing - could this not be a nod/hint to one’s with Gold code - I.e. Seraph, Neo…
My theory on it was because neo didn't do what he was supposed to do the matrix only updated with the bits of code it had left and it had to improvise the rest from back ups but the back up were incomplete so they gave the same story and same character but slightly different
Naobi talking about war being noise similar to the matrix noise leads me to believe that Zion was just another layer of matrix programming. This also confirm why neo was able to use powers and see code.
I always believed this to be the case! In the intro to I think reloaded...the code looks like it is making the universe..and Zion!?!? The yellow code is the "real" real (spirit world) which in the Animatrix shows that the machines became spiritual!?!? Hence seraph..(and in the script the oracle) are made of yellow code..because they were spiritual machines! The machine city also yellow...the upward yellow (uprising of the spirit for man and machine) txt I think is the opposite of downward green (machine downtredding control)..also the reason the squiddy in the last movie was able to fly into neo..the meeting of man and machine..spiritually) I felt like I was the only person to understand this..then last year I saw Lana watchowski kind of confirm..yellow is spirit. What would have been crazy is if the trainman was a previous one..who went mad..I counted his watches but it was more than 5 😢 so I guess that's not a plot!

Didn't you explain why there's Jessica in all Matrix simulations: Jessica Rabbit, Jessica Mitie, Jessica Nigri, and even Jessika alves in Brazil?
watching the trailer, i think the Machines are in a civil war. Remember, Smith took over a human body via through the matrix as well as refused to go back to the source which very few programs do. Smith could have sparked civil unrest between programs and the machines, humans do play a part but in what way.
True enough. It's like how when I played evil within, we play through the game and getting ourselves immersed in that universe. But then comes the second game. It's look familiar but somehow different. It was chilling- but somehow nostigial, I often think they they took some design choices by referencing past architectures. The give sense of familiarity but with shifted perspective. Kinda much like inception. Is Cobbstill in a dream or has he come to accepts his reality as real
When you're wearing your Google Glass or Oculus or whatever metaverse apparatus you will use, you can see the operators when wearing your glasses in the theater, but without the glasses, you cannot see behind the world that is not in front of your eyes
Did you notice bugs still has plugs still on her in that scene. so she is not actually there. Maybe she is using some sort of VR instead of plugging in? Or the whole scene is not actually real.
The carrot could also be referring to the "carrot and the stick" adage, They freaked Neo out with the "stick" now they are trying the "carrot" by totally recreating that scene for him to feel comfortable.
thats the first thing i thought. I was surprised no one is talking about how unserious and farcical this scene feels. almost like its a comedy sketch. This is wild.
Most films only come out with a behind the scenes special in a 5 year anniversary or something. But the Matrix has the behind the scenes come out before the movie is even released. What madness is this lol.
Looks like Neo asked for it before incase his memory will be wiped, and the first half hour of the movie, will be them trying to convince him to believe them and come back. About the recording of his past life and the mirrors - Maybe he came up with the plan while he was in the machine, so he either had new knowledge to hack the Matrix, or he got help from the machines. Could be , of course, that the new team is just better in hacking the Matrix than the old one, as they learned new stuff in the last two dacades. Also, New Morpheus said he put him in a crate, a Moses refference?
Could you make a video about your thoughts on Film Theory's take? That Neo is a film-maker who made the original three movies and is now tasked to make a forth one? His take answers a lot of your questions, and he just might be onto something here. Meaning that M4 will be a commentary on reboots in general.
@@matsysmellsbetterthanyou yep that has been confirmed in the new leaks and interviews. Thomas Anderson created the Matrix VR games based on his memories. So the theory is only partially correct but mostly very wrong. The events in the first 3 movies were "real".
I know why bugs is called bugs. Homage to Space Jam. What does Bugs do in that movie? Uses portals to enter an alternate reality to extract a savior and bring him to a new reality so he can save them all.
In terms of those outside the matrix being shown in it, I believe it has more to do with getting us used to the 'shared consciousness' thread of this movie's plot. My belief is that with her Sense8 pals on board, Lana will be deep delving into that terrain here too! This technique was used (well, in that case it served to denote that people in multiple locations could see through eachothers eyes/senses) in Sense8 a whole lot.
i was wondering.... what if Neo's mind is kinda broken. Tyler druden style... he is having lapses of moments of breaking free form the machines control, and in this times his memories kinda get back... enough so he could somehow contact Bugs and the others and ask for help getting free? but when this passes, or maybe when he is intercepted by agents and forced to take pills, he forgets again everything...
Mr Anderson is "someone important, like an actor". To reinsert Neo in the matrix the machines used Cypher's request. For Neo the matrix was a movie in which he played everything he has as memories.
the first time neo fought morpheus the crew members were watching a pretty low-res video of the fight, so i think its perfectly normal that they are showing Neo some other footage
I think, that we see operator, and probably Neo is not seeing it, because it is like HUD or eXtended Reality (like with google lens). So Morpheus can use it when he is in the Matrix (probably through his glasses). Or it can be as you play online game like GTA and you have all of this statistics, health info etc on your screen, but other players dont see this, as this is only for you.
Again. You call it a "SILVER SCREEN". Mirrors were made in the middle ages by coating glass with silver to make the mirror. Another link to the silver screen to mirrors.
It would seem that neo is in an upgraded version of the matrix where the operator is an avatar, and the new system is wireless. that's how they get around without KEY codes or HARDWIRE Like the Old system. It would seem like when you upgrade to a new windows, on your computer. and it tells you it won't erase your profiles, etc...
In fighting with Morpheus he is incapable to use his powers until he is forced to remember. Probably it's the same thing with the fly, he may start flying when he is falling from the building.
@@T3Rmin4LCuRi0siTy i though the same, that maybe to further control the anomaly, "the one" system permissions would be scrambled in two people, releasing the code when both codes are joined, further contributing to the duality of things; in this case the duality of a kind of super being

My suspicion is Neo and Trinity are plugged into a special matrix in Source, and by extension Smith is as well
Some kind of virtual quarantine. I think so too!
If Smith is still alive the first trilogy is pointless
@@TestTest-tj9io Not necassarily for the same reason reviving Trinity and plugging her back in wouldn't be "pointless", if they are all quarantined and the peace is ended then there is something to be further added as far as a future war goes involving each of Trinity, Neo and Smith breaking isolation in addition to all the Matrix Online lore.
Interesting I did not anticipate that. Can you provide a link
Yes they are green and red Machines in their eye and perhaps they didn't agree on seting humans free of the matrix

Morpheus's YELLOW SUIT represents the GOLDEN CODE

The behind the scenes video I saw today raises more questions. I can't wait for the movie, so excited.
A part of me understands that it's a new experience, but another part of me wishes Bill Pope was a part of the production for framing the film
i have a feeling thats exactly what they want us to feel
Would you really want the new movie to be so similar to the old ones?
@@easypeezie4494 not necessarily, however they're tied to the same universe, so one would imagine that they would need to feel like a continuation

December 22 can’t come fast enough!
His reaction hooked me in: “T-this can’t be real!!”
The king still got it!
As far as the matrix movie played in the theater. The operators from the original mo in might have recorded the matrix code. Now they're just replaying that code in visual format
Notice how Bug's voice at 5:50 sounds digitized, like its being ran through a synthesizer.
You notice on the train that the operator Zeek was there when Neo and Bugs walked by but was in front of them when he said “Door’s on your right.” This shows that he isn’t “real” while in that system.
Great vids bro!
Sounds like they can project Avatars into Matrix?
@@centurion8446 That’s what it looks like because that bathroom scene had Bugs and Zeek in positions in one shot and they were gone in the next. Also, Bugs didn’t look like her “Residual Self Image.”
This sounds like a more convenient way to portray some kind of presence without having to cut to another take with the operator outside. This same "technique" was used in Sense8 by Lana.
They use a yellow suit cause Neo saw the machines as yellow code
Similar to many videogames or the movie Man of Steel where Superman's father guided others as a hologram.

the behind the scenes footage is like 20 minutes and essentially goes through all the story beats of the movie.. but its very informative and gives me great confidence in the final product.
yes that was great, i hope that matrix explained will also make a video about it
There is a really small detail you missed that I hoped you would have touched on. If you look at the clip released at the game awards, the one where they are in the train, at 32 seconds you can see sideways code on the window to the left.
Ah! Very good spot, this could be a representation similar to corridors the key maker used, a realm between realms if you will to traverse between simulations.
Yes..,
Theres a release of 20 mins worth of behind the scenes with dialogue on utube as well that shows alot of stuff not seen or heard in any of these new trailers, alot of stuff actually.

yea there's so much new stuff like wow!! This movie looks 10x better now.
It’s a newer version of the matrix, a simulation within a simulation perhaps and Neo is the “old code”.
Morpheus tells Neo "YOU have to show us what is real"
Crazy insight in this breakdown!
Here, the room has a yellow tint, while the psychologist and his belongings are blue (his glasses, his office supplies, etc), representing Neo's search for a revelation and the person withholding it from him.
wow that's a keen eye and a good analysis
Finally someone talking about colors.
Green is the machine control. Blue is the human (real) world. Yellow was also in the original trilogy, and was what the directors called "The spirit of the universe", a sort of real energy beneath the reality (a kind of truth, yes)
This time colors are strange, the blue seems dominant, as if it was a human simulation.
See the single use of white, the order of pure and simple code working.)
I believe that they still symbolize the same things and that reveals who controls the matrix now (some humans with the machines, while we see some machines in human form in Zion )
I’ve seen the actual Behind the scenes on set footage. 30 min worth and interviews with groff
All the scenes they’re showing to Neo are from the video game he made. He’s a game designer in this new movie.
In The Game Day clip, notice.. non the the passengers notice the operator that says "the portal is clean" then he disappears then re appears in front of them WITHOUT WALKING PAST THEM as they are leaving the train, and says "door to the right"
This is blowing me away.
Wow.
So exciting!
This film is going to scramble my brain big time, I can't wait.!!!
That's why Neo's vision was yellow in the movie prior
Re the movie, think perhaps all the code they watched from the previous films they saved on hard drives etc but now they have the ability to turn that code into watchable footage.
Sharing this!
Continuing on my theory (posted on your last video):
The Keymaker to my knowledge didn’t have access to Zion, I.e all he could do was lead them to a phone via his backdoors.
Interesting ideas! I just figured that they were gonna stick to simulation #7 and not cross streams with previous ones. But, who knows.
My theory on it was because neo didn't do what he was supposed to do the matrix only updated with the bits of code it had left and it had to improvise the rest from back ups but the back up were incomplete so they gave the same story and same character but slightly different
Yeah he was the first savior that didn't return to the source
that nostalgia bit is spot on and i'm totally guilty of it
SUPER EXCITED FOR MATRIX 4 🤓😃
Oh gosh finally, been waiting for this one.
I mentioned this on another video you posted about someone implanting codes/memories into Neo and now I feel like that person was Neo himself
I think the reference for taking the red pill came from total recal. Arnold wasnt sure if he was dreaming and was offered a red pill to "wake up"
Brilliant!
comprehend:A dash of Bill and Ted: Face the Music, and voilàKeanu God Reeves. This is more for Neuromancer, Count Zero, Mona Lisa Overdrive, Switch Bugs! Just...
-alright, thats enough for me. Thank you so much for your great work. I'll be waiting till the Actual film. >>>
peace out~
Yes, I was waiting for this 😎. This little trailer changes everything 👀😮😀
Through the Hacking Glass ! 🤔😎
Fascinating. Soon enough we’ll have the full movie and these videos will once again be obsolete. It’ll be an interesting movie, I’m sure.
Your own commercials are the best !
When you're wearing your Google Glass or Oculus or whatever metaverse apparatus you will use, you can see the operators when wearing your glasses in the theater, but without the glasses, you cannot see behind the world that is not in front of your eyes
If the screen opens up at the theater I'm running through!!!
I'm really pleased at the vibe demonstrated in these scenes. I was a little worried that it was going to feel pretentious
thats the first thing i thought.
I thought they already confirmed that he's a game developer who made three Matrix games in this film, not a filmmaker.
@@matsysmellsbetterthanyou yep that has been confirmed in the new leaks and interviews. Thomas Anderson created the Matrix VR games based on his memories. So the theory is only partially correct but mostly very wrong. The events in the first 3 movies were "real".
That could be the screen that he was at the party about to jump off the ledge.
Well there goes those theories that the matrix movie is being played in the matrix. It is just the red pills helping Neo remember.
Also my hope is the theatre is like the Architects room where He watches our lives as if they were movies.
Good Call. I need to watch Sense8 prior to this movie coming out. I should probably also rewatch Cloud Atlas.
i was wondering.... what if Neo's mind is kinda broken.
Oh wow, this is wild.
This scene looks like a SNL sketch...a low budget parody.
It kinda does doesnt it lol

Is it just me or did Keanu Reeves acting skills get progressively worse over the course of his career??
Yeah this scene is way worse than even a college anateur acting group would pull off... .

"Set and setting" is a psychedelic reference
This was good
Mr Anderson is "someone important, like an actor". To reinsert Neo in the matrix the machines used Cypher's request. For Neo the matrix was a movie in which he played everything he has as memories.
Close but not quite. He is a game designer who created the Matrix VR games.
the first time neo fought morpheus the crew members were watching a pretty low-res video of the fight, so i think its perfectly normal that they are showing Neo some other footage

Neo still has power, but he's also not powerful enough to fly. Would love to hear some thoughts on that.
In fighting with Morpheus he is incapable to use his powers until he is forced to remember. Probably it's the same thing with the fly, he may start flying when he is falling from the building.
