- In California, the city of Irwindale is delaying a decision that could put Sriracha production in jeopardy. Ben Tracy reports how the owner of the plant is ready for a fight.

Note that the Chinese have many famous Chinese dishes. But why use the name of Thai products to produce the same type of product? The Thai producer is a local villager (called Sriracha). His family products have been famous and accepted all over the world for nearly 100 years. It's a shame to convince buyers that they come from the same source. It is deplorable and disgraceful.

I'd fight because it's the right thing to do & not take the easy $$ way out. I'd also move and eff CA. I'd take my workers with me.
You are quick to fight when you don’t have the money to back up your words. You also don’t have a clue about community/public relations, government regulation, and working in calibration to solve a problem.
Lots of talk zero action . Write them a 4 million dollar check to start the case and tell them you will support a 10-15 years court battle because it’s the right thing to do.

I live close to the factory and when I pass by at curtain times, the smell is strong. I feel bad for the houses that surround the factory.
