I love Cloud’s voice actor in this game Takahiro Sakurai. He voiced one of my all time favorite MC’s Kazami Yuuji from the Grisaia series and his voice is just so distinctive and recognizable. I knew right away without even knowing that, just by hearing Cloud’s victory taunts or voice that it was him right away. Honestly, no other voice actor could’ve played Cloud for this game. His voice is just too epic. Also, yes. Sakurai also voiced Isshiki-senpai from Food Wars and Reigen from Mob Psycho, just to name a few other notable anime characters.

Voice 4: "Tsuitenaina", roughly translated to "Not attached", though "Tsuite" means something like "follow" or "to arrive" (not 100% sure if I'm right, my Japanese acknowledge isn't that great). Voice 5: "Omae ore ni wa tausenai" = "You can't defeat me". Voice 19: "Genkai wo kaeru" = "Limits are meant to be broken" or "Limits broken". Voice 21: "Tsukinatakana" (correct if I'm wrong, he spoke way too fast XD) = "Your luck's out". Voice 41: "Mista" is translated to just "Mistake" or something like that, but in context it'd be "I made a mistake". And the rest is just a bunch of grunts. And technically there ARE loopholes they could have used, unless there's something that specifically states that ONLY Steve Burton is allowed to voiced Cloud in English and must be credited when he does, that somehow applies even on games where he can't legally do the voice.
