Super Moist Plantain Bread

Welcome Back to my kitchen !!! And today we are making some super moist Plantain Bread.
My Husband Robert made this super moist, super delicious Plantain Bread and I just had to share with you all.

Ingredients List:
2 cups crushed ripe plantains
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup light brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cups milk
1/2 cup mixed fruits
