Mother Gothel is actually in character with her narcissistic and manipulative personality.
Her "jokes" are not actual jokes(even if she says so), she voices clearly how she feels and what she thinks about us.
It's a gaslighting tactic, the manipulator says something nasty followed by "I'm just joking!” so you can't defend yourself and feel guilty about the fact that that " joke" made you feel weird rather than make you laugh and "overreacted".
Gothel is a professional gaslighter and it shows when you think about the scene where Rapunzel goes bonkers and continuesly switches moods between depression and euphoria. That's how bad Gaslighters mess with people minds
Manipulative people use this tatic often so they can verbally abuse you without you fighting back but it does eat at you over time.
When i found out i was gonna have Gothel in my village i expected her to make jabs like that.
That didn't stop me from finding it annoying and my eyes roll when i cross her by accident but at least she is cosistent.

Pua is in the animal companions section, I didn't know about that either for actually a while, because I was just waiting for that white rabbit to spawn and wasn't checking there at all.
elsa being one of the most boring disney princess from her own movie and still is boring with 0 personality in dreamlight valley is actually the funniest thing this game has done this far
Frozen is way too overrated as a film that I don't understand why Disney keeps throwing them into their games. It just overshadows better film like Treasure Planet or Atlantis.

I think this game needs a Floral charater, like minnie or Isabella(not in the game) to sell flowers. Its hard to belive that anyone would want flowers as they annoyingly pop up evrywhere in ur vally, but some quests and furniture require flowers :/

This was so funny! Totally agree with you about Elsa and Donald. My fave is Moana just for being slightly low key coupled with her fish offerings. Avoiding the clock tower quest too
It felt damn satisfying I completed that quest and yep it was her last quest cause I already lvl up her friendship to 10 and nope no new quest thankgod all I have left now is Eric's 😂
I don't even have Eric yet! Still 4 more villagers to level up. I am so ready for Scar just so I don't have to mine all day.

@@gogirl709 nah Ariel's final quest involves Eric if I remember you gotta lvl up Urusula to get Eric and with Eric's final quest will help her get legs
I wish more people would rank these characters. Personally I love all the characters and don’t really dislike anyone but I will admit, some are pretty bland compared to others, I hope they are more developed by full release. Also the way you described Donald tripping and throwing a tantrum really made me laugh! 😂😂
Maoi in my valley always stands on the stairs from the plaza so I have to always push him down so hear him all the time
I does push him too. I guess the demi thing about him is that he's huge with tiny legs, ever seen him sitting in the restaurant... Smh his feet don't even touch the floor, like did he hop on the chair
I'm literally always hanging out with Gothel. 100% because I'm waiting for Rapunzel and Eugene.
It's a little messed up how much Gothel follows me around considering I'm literally dressed like Eugene, but what can I say I love the Tangled music that plays

Ok I totally agree about Kristoffer not selling iron, that is sooo annoying. But excuse me sir, Wall-e is adorable and as it can't speak, it doesn't have any annoying lines you hear twenty times a day. Also Remy deserves more than that. He's awesome imo but I CAN NEVER FIND HIM. He's so small compared to others lol

You can collect pua's foot print form the ground, they don't go to your inventory, just vanish.

This was extremely entertaining. I love your wit. I agree with most. Though I adore Donald always have, Daffy remains the best duck but I just find Donald super endearing.
I also really like Merlin, I enjoy his gentle but grumpy grandpa demeaner. Plus found Sword In The Stone magical as a kid. But yes, the Goof is king.
I love Goofy because he takes my anger away.

"The time to propose was in the 30's." Actually, the time that Walt Disney established that Mickey and Minnie will never get married was in the 30's. They'll always be dating in the cartoons b/c otherwise they'd just go live happily ever after. The cartoon "Mickey's Nightmare" also established Mickey's fear of commitment, especially having a huge litter of babies.

Every mission that involves iron ingot gets an immediate eye roll from me and I skip it until every other mission also needs an iron ingot 😭
ok I will admit, I was excited to see prince Eric in the game but only because I'm a HUGE little mermaid fan and Ariel is my favorite character. Seeing her with her prince made my heart happy lol. But your commentary was so hilarious It was impossible to not enjoy this video! I think I'd rank Minnie lower only because of how terrible her quests are lmao

There is a Quest for Goofy to repair a Raft in Dazzle beach, that Raft takes you to Ariel

I don’t think the diabetes comment about Maui was necessary though. Sadly man Polynesians suffer from that due to colonization. The character is annoying but tropes aren’t nice.

@@Zamoksva That's because they're an overly sensitive Gen Z kid. My brother developed juvenile diabetes, my father died from complications from diabetes and there are other members in my family who have it. I myself have insulin resistance and the joke wasn't offensive at all.

Always enjoy a good Albino ranking! Gotta say though, after seeing the list of characters, I'll be sticking with Kingdom Hearts! Seriously though, I don't know what this game is. It looks like Disney Harvest Moon to me...but I could be off. Not way off, mind you, but slightly off...
It kinda reminds me of Animal Crossing, but Disney. Also it's still early access so the devs will (hopefully) use their time wisely to iron out a lot of the kinks.
My least favorite is probably Ursala only because when I got her I didn't really want her also it's so creepy when your fishing and she randomly pops up but my favorite character is probably Donald duck just because it's so funny when he trips and throws a fit no matter how Manny times I seen it it is just so funny 😂
Swap Gothel and Ursula and I agree. At least gothel i can hang out with. Also does Minnie have a level 10 quest? I have her at level ten and the last thing she made me do was that fucking tower

I agree on Maui but after that I gotta say the next annoying is Minnie constantly saying the Flowers are going to love this rain when it's not even raining is so annoying.
Though for me Goofy does the exact same thing but I slightly let him off as he gives me lots of coins 🤣.
But after Minnie it's Wall-E I hate everything about Wall-E and that includes the movie.
When I bump into him I ask him to hang out just so I can trap him in a fence then ask someone else to hang out just so he's out of my way 🤣🤣

Is very curious that characters I loved in the movies (like, you know, Maui, even know he's pretty annoying) are the ones I loathe in this game. And those who I hated (like Olaf), are the ones I love. I love his quotes and talking with him about everything he learned. So sweet...

I think your game is glitched, cause you do get Pua as a pet and for the footprints, if you stand over them and do the prompt, it should get rid of them

I love the game, except the characters. And the insane mission. I just got the mission from Wall-E to craft 12 tinker parts. You need 8 iron ingots and to make this you need 45 iron ore. Thank God there are four areas with iron ore.

I hate hanging with Gothel. But also, I appreciate that she is the closest to in character... so I'm conflicted.
I don't like Elsa's face. I don't know what it is about it but i dislike it.

Is it just me or did Minnie not give a final quest? I leveled our friendship up to 10 and finished the dreadful quest. And her final quest didn’t pop up and I never got her dress. She gave me a hat and overalls?? Like no ma’am give me ur outfit

Nope. His footprints just remain after the questline, as he's not in the game yet, same with the ravens.
