I just found out the best way to make money in Disney Dreamlight Valley is to cook 10 soufflés using butter, eggs, milk and cheese and sell them for over 10K
Each individual stall has one crop that is worth a fortune. Having one of each cash crop growing is a great way to make a lot of money. Each crop grows fastest in its own preferred biome. Experiment to find which crop grows fastest in what place. Note: Stalls always sell at least one crop that grows fastest in the biome the stall is rebuilt at. Use this as a helpful guide for farming.
i will say however some quests along the way require specific flowers, i picked mine and sold them so much when i needed specific purple flowers for dye it took me so long to find them, but i believe you can only have so many flowers spawned at one time so what i've started doing is picking up my flowers and putting them in a chest for safe keeping, then once ive got around 10 of each ill start selling :)
What I like to do is place two storage chest near each of goofy stalls, one for foraging fish and spices the other chest for flowers in all the materials. When reach 50 plus on a item, (except for material stacks to 99.) I sale mainly fruits to Goofy within stacks of 50 and, get over 1000 star coins. Making a steady income. Plus, if there is a certain item it's in the storage chest and, don't have to wait for it to regrow or, respond. Save a lot inventory space as well. Only thing keep while framing out area biodome is the stones from mining a keep them within storage chest in the players house around 6 stones each, sale the rest, accept for tourmaline, Aquarium and, alexandrite if want to make for Gen & Opal Roads for a later time. Plus, don't not sale any your mushrooms until you're done with Merlin's final quest. I learn that mistake the hard way.
Every flower is valuable for numerous reasons, and worth very little. I've taken to focusing on their use for gifts, crafts, and quests. Everyday I have at villagers having flowers as a favorite gift, and flowers are used in tons of crafted furniture. Furniture that doesn't even have flowers on/in it is often made with at least 2-3 flowers of one or more types.
One trick I noticed was that a Grilled Veggie Salad sells for… 184? Above 150, and costs three carrots to make. Carrot by themselves sell for 44-so you can definitely earn some more money. Though, obviously cooking takes up a lot of time. I just set up a permanent carrot farm and replant whenever all the carrots are done growing. (I think I have one hundred even?) With a high level gardening buddy. Also-the whole process of harvesting, replanting, and watering helped me jump up friendship levels by hanging out.
okay to help with the tips a bit better here dont use mickey as your dedicated farmer in fact Merlin is better due to his long range magic grab he does not get in the way. for instance when the crop glows golden and you can spam click harvest everyone except for Merlin and Mother gothel they are the only two magic users so make Merlin your dedicated Farmer and Gothel either forage or mining. Also the more Gardener roles you have out at level 10 the more extra crops will spawn they stack with each other.
Better yet, lock your farming companion up with fences before harvesting. Keeps them out of the way, and when you release them the bonus crops will be thrown out all at once.
Not a lot of people are aware of that one, but I think this guide is for EARLY early game, BEFORE you unlock Remy and his restaurant (I'm assuming). I've found higher yeilds of Star Coins with mining, than I did with farming early game, personally. Giving the Soufflé method a go now that I've amassed nearly over 60k Star Coins from mining (only 2.5hrs of it)
@@AbdallahSmash yes but when you unlock remys resturant it already gives you the ingridents to make the souffle. I think thats why remy is the first 3 to unlock in the game so people can start cooking and making money fast. Just trying to point it out :) 😀

My game is crashing every 2-4 minutes.. it is getting suuuuper annoying…can’t get anything done without saving every 1,5-2 minutes.. but great tips though 👍
@@Violett4411 Tomatoes have an ROI of 8.25 while pumpkins are 2.41. I don’t want to waste the time or coal cooking anything so I find tomatoes the best money-making crop for my play style.
@@Serenjyn i mean what else do you use coal for if not for cooking? Also Pumpkins take Longer to grow so it does allow you time to do other things like complete the content available instead of going back and forth which is why i grow 500 pumpkins at a time i have the last of whats available for minnie right now and the last quest for Prince Eric all while im doing those quests im waiting on my pumpkins and resource gathering to get ready for potential quests needing alot of resources coming up.
Right now I’m buying and planting Canola constantly and a ton of it. I know I’ve read pumpkins are usually the more expensive crop but I don’t think I have access to it yet. I think it’s in a special area past the forgotten lands. I’ve unlocked that but not the area behind it. Anyway, I get a lot of star coins with this crop. The only downside is that it takes several watering sessions. You water it after planting and after several minutes it dries out and you repeat thi until it’s fully grown. I’m planning on fully upgrading my house to fully expand my storage, then upgrading all goofy stalls and finishing upgrading Moana’s boat. I finally fully upgraded Scrooge’s store. I want to get all the money stuff out of the way.

sadly a lot of these guides or even exploits found around are the reason casual players get the short end if the stick and patched to death. Makes the grind for normal players to progress a nightmare
Depending on which biomes you have open if you have the Glade farm Okra in massive quantity im talking minimum 200 at a time its worth it for the work because it takes 2 hours to grow. while you wait for that to be harvestable make Soufflé if you have remy's cafe open you can get the 4 ingredients which is 1 milk 1 butter 1 egg 1 cheese. make a ton of those and youll have Star Coins for days.

That’s not the most early game recipe, but selling cooked items IS a great way of making money!

You can’t farm in giant quantities on the switch it will crash
I find if I do around 100-150 in multiple biomes I have no issues on the Switch, however sometimes it does lag when I’m harvest multiple.
I need to be a better farmer. Scrooge is robbing me blind but I NEED all the things
