- Disney Dreamlight plays in real time so it's important to get those daily tasks done!! In this video I demonstrate TEN things I do every day to help me progress!
What is Disney Dreamlight valley?
This is a brand-new game that is still in early release and available on multiple platforms including the switch! The game is very similar to other cosy games such as Animal Crossing New Horizons and Stardew Valley. There are plenty of things to do and some great quest lines with your favourite disney characters!

Every day I spend some time mining in the glade of trust. I just grab a mining buddy and do a lap of the glade of trust / forest of Valor , catch a few fish (especially if I see a gold ring) and repeat however many times I’m feeling like. Stopping at the end to fish let’s the mining spots respawn. You need a TON of iron in this game to finish quests so this helps me get it. Also a bunch of the items I want to craft need iron also so I grind away at it every day
SO. MUCH. IRON!!
Feed critters their favorite food even if you have them so you can have a chance for motif bags.
I always take a lap around the biomes feeding critters (even if I have them), mining and fishing before/in between doing my quests or whatever else I’m doing that day
Love this! Discovered a couple important things to do to keep me busy every day. I also make a point to forage extensively every day because there are lots of furniture i want to make still. I should mine every day because iron ingots are so needed for what I want to do

Hi Emma! Not sure if you will see this since this video was a bit ago; I keep coming back to this video as a progress through the game :) I still don't have a lot of areas unlocked but I do have one question for you about cooking. I tend to get people in my restaurant asking for meals I don't have the recipe for or require ingredients I don't yet have access to. Do you have any tips on how to unlock new recipes? Thanks!
Alot of it is trial and error unless you google the recipes!
