- I am opening a 1st/First Off The Line (FOTL) hobby box of 2022/23 Panini Select NBA Basketball for our next sports trading card pack unboxing/product review! Hobby boxes have an SRP of $350 and currently resell in the mid $300 range (FOTL boxes resell in the low $700 range). Every box contains 60 total cards across 12 5-card packs (12 box cases). Expect 3 autographs or memorabilia cards and 12 Prizm parallels per box. FOTL boxes contain an exclusive FOTL Pulsar autograph (/30, /15, /1) and 1 exclusive FOTL Parallel (/15, /5, /1). These boxes come with chances at pulling cards of the top rookies from the 2022 NBA Draft class across a 3-tier base set, new Color Wheel short print inserts, SSP Zebra Prizm parallels, Rookie Jersey Autographs (RPA), popular Courtside Prizms, 1/1 Black Snakeskin Pulsar and Black Prizm parallels, other SP parallels (gold /10, tie-dye, green /5, copper plaid), autos of the NBA's top rookies/stars/HOFers, rookies of Paolo Banchero, Jalen Williams, Bennedict Mathurin, Chet Holmgren, Jabari Smith Jr., Keegan Murray, & Jaden Ivey, and more! You can get a box for yourself from your local sports card hobby shops and online retailers/sellers. Overall, I would rate this product a 7/10 (hobby is a 5.5). Good luck if you try one for yourself!

I think the horizontal courtside in basketball does look a lot better than the field level in football. I think it has something to do with the photography and how well it fits the card.

Awesome opening as usual. I am actually stoked about select this year. I have said before, select 2021 wasn't the greatest, not a fan, but the inserts and parralles are pretty nice this year. They look a lot better.
I personally prefer vertical too, unless the horizontal cards are a insert. There's some cool hockey puck inserts that comes sideways that are pretty sweet just put on a stand.

Select can't compete with Optic and Prizm. It's decent but the different levels and 900 parallels is too much.

Wish they would have kept Basketball vertical for courtside because outside of the one 1 level in football the design is not great this year. Still a fun product to open.

The whole box i opened they are all blue. But when i scan alot on center stage they say light blue but in real life they look royal blue. Seems like alot out this aint coming up on that app
