I use eBay sold to find value on stuff. As far as CollX I use it, but mainly for cataloging purposes. They don’t accurately show card values.
That Thompson card won it for hobby this round. That's a nice card. But I'm still picking retail overall because it's nice to be able to pick up a blaster or mega and have a chance for at super nice hit. Panini did a nice job with Select retail this year.
Yeah Retail at the same price is difficult to beat!! But for this round I would indeed go with Hobby. Thanks for sharing!

I paid 35 for select blaster at Walmart. Hit red prism wemby lodestar.

so i just heard u are from Europe so these mega boxes are exclusive to target and the ones that are shorter and a bit longer so i suggest u get those. ive seen many boxes opened and those are by far wayyy better. now the reeves card is a tri color green white pink

3 orders of 10 mega boxes total. 1 Wemby base concourse, 2 Wemby concourse blue ice, and a Wemby mezzanine blue ice. 2 pink ice, a mid range vet and a Scoot thunder lane. No auto's.
Don't know where you get your retail but I only paid $550 for my 10 megas.
I am in Europe... the mega boxes are 100$ per box here - blaster $50 and Hobbby $700. So that is why my price are a bit higher than the US.
I use 130 point and center stage to price, and enjoy grinding out the $2 cards on eBay to get some money back, always spend way more than I sell! Thanks for good content.

Interesting to see the hobby base is different. I actually like the blue of retail more, plus it's a nice mix of getting something good for the price point. Great pull with the jersey from hobby though.

Awesome video! Hobby definitely took it. Those retail packs were ruff. I opened 4 megas and got a wemby tri color concourse true silver concourse wemby blue cracked ice wemby and a pink cracked ice rookie revolution wemby numbered to 99. So I think I would still go with retail though

@@BobTheCardCollector are there not Target’s where you are located? Target gives you two more packs so instead of 8 you get 2 out of their megas. It’s red cracked ice instead of the orange flash which the red cracked is more desirable and I’ve just overall seen better things come out of Target for Select. I literally just uploaded a video opening Target select and hit a SSP of one of the top rookies from a Target mega yesterday

Great comparison and rip Bob!I jave to stick with retail.Ive opened 12 megas and 4 blasters.ive hit 3 gold(the best being Antman premier)2 Elephants(1 was Lauri)and 3 Autos(okoro was the best 1 😔)Also,a Wemby of each level except Courtside.doubles of a couple and the retail blue/holo

Love the rip! I’ve opened some and I’ve already pulled 4 Victor Wembanyama’s and some of them more rare! Select is definitely the best retail product of the year! Also shoutout to you for showing love to Sage the collector not only because I am bulls fan too but he is one of favorite channels to watch who got me interested as well into getting into the hobby!

I may be incorrect, but I believe that the red, white and blue cards are called "tri-color", and the green, white and purple cards are just referred to as "green white purples". However, there are numbered cards that come out on a "teal white pink". That looks nearly identical to the green white purple so you need to be wary of the subtle color variations.
