Thank you so much for showcasing the 2 different forms of the Switch Axe and Charge Blade. Seriously, no wiki sites ever shown the other forms and I haven't found other videos showing them both until I found yours. For World/Iceborne anyway, I don't know if I'll ever find the ones that debuted in MH3 through Generations Ultimate, not to mention the ones originally from Rise/Sunbreak. Edit: Oh nice, you made videos for Rise/Sunbreak, I'll check them out after I go through World/Iceborne. Finding videos about the small animations the player hunter does when they fight or tinker with the phials or what have you will be challenging but it's safe to say that they all share the same animations. Description has always been something I have difficulties with, and hooooo boy the details of the armors and how each weapons work and look. Best I can do is just name-drop the exact names and hope the readers know or are willing to Google them. This MH fic is the first time I'm writing something related to MH, and it's a crossover with Godzilla. The title is as simple and straightforward as the movies; Godzilla vs Monster Hunters. Still only one chapter because the plot is an original one so it's relatively slow to write compared to my other works but I'm proud of it. Not to mention that the fact is, there's very little Godzilla x MH crossover fics. Fanarts are awesome but finding them is also difficult, especially when I have some specific ideas in mind and the arts don't exactly scratched that itch I have. Because I'm broke and I can't draw, I write lmao Also, thanks to the Artian Armors and Ancient Machina weapons you showcased, and I went on a slight research binge and discovered that they originated from the Ancient Civilization... I got some ideas on how to incorporate them, so thanks for the inspiration lol I grew up with playstation and Xbox so my choices are them, or PC but my laptop might be unable to play the newest games. Hopefully I can play many of the games I missed someday. Say, here's an idea. You don't have to do it, but I'd like to say it to you; what if you make videos of the player hunters of World/Iceborne and Rise/Sunbreak posing with matching sets of armors and weapons, alongside the palicos and palamutes wearing matching gears? So for example, the male and female hunter in MHWI wearing the Origin armor and wielding the Wyvern Jawblade, the Neo LBG, and Neo Bow (since these trio of weapons are equally old-school as the armor) or the hunters wearing normal/azure/silver rathalos gears and unique rathalos weapons, while the palico (and palamute in Rise/Sunbreak) wears the same rathalos armor and weapon, and you pose them with different pose emotes? Granted, matching non monster weapons with certain non monster armors are relatively harder than ones based on monsters but it would be neat to see them all in a video. Guild Palace armors and weapons obviously match with each other, same goes for the Artian Armors and Ancient Machina weapons, but others would be harder to find the matches for. Again, just an idea, you don't have to do it. If I knew how to make videos I'd do it myself, believe me. Better me working my ass to turn this specific idea into reality than hoping somebody else makes it first but unfortunately I couldn't.
