Thanks! Stock suspension aside from some KW V1 Coilovers. Changes the whole ride of the car and drives great for sporty and daily.

Just subscribed great videos really like your car.
I have a few questions. Is the DCT reliable? Is there anything in particular to look for before buying?
Any things to change as a precaution?

dct gearbox is good it handles the high horses with bolt on mods and tuning, i love it personally but the preferred would be manual

The DCT in the 335is I haven’t heard anything bad about reliability, so I would say yes. And before buying a 335 make sure it’s been regularly maintained and that major oil leak places such as the valve cover, oil filter housing, and oil pan gasket are taken care of if it’s at the age or/mileage. Also, if it does not have it already, replace the stock plastic charge pipe with an aluminum one. If it’s at 80k miles or so, make sure the water pump has been done or plan on replacing that too. If it’s an n54, look out for wastegate rattle on the turbos and look out for coolant leaks on both the n54/55. And finally, for either n54 or n55, I would recommend installing a crank plate that protects the crank from sucking in the belt if the oil filter housing is leaking into the belt. It’s a bigger job, so might as well replace tensioners and pulleys along with the belt if you decide to tackle it. That’s all I can think off on the top of my head.
