Ash, thanks for this video. Almost all videos of clearing some key stages from content creators like you are with gears that we don't have yet. This is why lots of normal players are trying to go for lvl 19 and higher but majority of us have sh..y gears and sh...y substats. so we need more videos where you guys explain min stat requirements .. like Atk Speed or Atk Percent, Rage regen. Otherwise we are banging our heads trying and trying to unsuccessfully clearing these lvls and some of us just rage quitting. We dont have Invigoration set or other high lvl sets yet. Fastidious is trying to make some videos like that. Kudos to him. But others - not so much.
The most frustrating part of the game right about when you get to stage 19 in the gear raids is how you spend thousands of stamina to get the stats you want on no ancient mythic gear then thousands more stamina to get the gold to enhance them only to have that gear unstable because of the low rolls..... There needs to be a fixed cost to fully enhance gear so that it doesn't cost 500k gold one time and 900k the next and also needs to be a more economic way to rerolled stats on gear with rare stats that rolled poorly. This truly makes the game more frustrating then enjoyable when so much time and stamina becomes wasted and progression can't happen
Gold is realy not a problem, if you get something whit the stats you want roll it to lvl 4 or 8 if none of thoes 2 rolls are atleast close to the purple line sell it, if one of the 2 hits purple you can fully upgrade it, just by spending all the energy on gear raid and sell all the crappy gear and follow my advice you will have more gold then you need, if I run 200-300 gr3-19 i get one piece maby 2 worth keeping and never run gold raids its just a waste of energy. Oh btw if the first lvl 4 uppgrade if it hit purple it's like 99% likely 8, 12 and 16 will be purple or close to it if its way below purple all will roll low on it to, so only invest your gold on pieces worth uppgrading and sell the rest, atm im running gr3 for all my energy and I get absolutly nothing but my gold is increasing like crazy i have something like 22 million saved up.
I sort of no what you mean, I just spent 20k energy farming gr3 19 and can't really make a decent set, but the problem is if it was that easy you could build out champions wayyyyy to fast so I'm OK with it
You are paying that extra 400-500K at the end because if you have a primary BONUS Stat you are getting like 60%! That's HUGE. It's not about the last stat. It's all about the PRIMARY! It's worth every coin of that 500k price tag. Maybe even more.
Biggest diffrence between raid and watcher when it comes to crit rate is that in raid you get one attack per turn, while watcher is fluid attacks it don't matter as much if 20% of your attacks don't crit when the hero attacks once per second but in raid if your attack don't crit every 5 attacks you lose 1/5 of all your damage it's not as brutal in watcher, and watcher is in general easier to build a hero semi well by just stacking attack and as much crit you can get, and then min max your stats later on, but in raid you need atleast 100 crit and as much attack you can get plus ignore defence to even do any damage in watcher your high attack is the ignore defence part, i over all think Watcher has a better stats system and im happy it don't have raids turn base attack system or the fact that you need ignore defence on anything that is not the CB, and i like how much you can min max the stats in watcher whit rage, attack speed and crit dmg and you can build a team were all the ults gets off at the same time depending on how much race regen you have.

For a video idea with gearing in mind could you do one with the "soft cap" idea around stats with builds and target ranges? I've heard of like 100 heal effect, or 7000 defense for tanks, or some amount of atk for healers then go to other stats. But with no clarity or application. Hope that helps and makes some sort of sense. Take care out there
what i learned in my time playing gear is the first thing that helps you progress after that the artifact but you need read the heros kit to see if an artifact suits that hero then skilling them up finally awakens easier to awaken epics but legos are much harder on skilling you are best to focus on the ones you use everywhere like dolores then the ones for certain areas like gear raids and AMR also promotion and tide lastly faction trials
Great advice. Full disclosure: I also struggle fully understanding skill kits and how they work. It’s hard for some (like me) to understand the wording and some are soooo long and intricate that it gets confusing. I wish there was a simple way to just know basically what stats are important to what hero. I’m really lucky to have pulled a lot of really good and desired heros that should in theory allow me to clear whatever I want but I can’t. In the end this is all why I personally rely on content creators like you guys to help me or I’d be useless in these games.
makes sense. I auto gear most champions other than the free set they give you in the beginning which is on Khamet. I cant do any of the N 9 content, so I should strip everyone and then regear my top guys. Im only trying to get to the max exp dungeon anyway.

Who are you using in you GB team? You must love the latest patch geting your Nm3 from 2 key missing 500 blood to one key and 1500 blood over the limit.
@@samolofsson2401 The only meta hero i have is Boreas and Valeriya. They are the most used damage dealer of my entire acct. I dont have any hex,silas, setram, zilitu,Ardea, TF Or Solcades, Arrogance and not even Deimos.

Enjoyed this video HH. An easy mistake to make. I pulled a Valkyra and got Nocturne. I had both already so they are now level 1 awakened. Fairly pleased with that.
Read the kit! Lol that’s the content I need. I’m f2p, don’t have most of the big guns, and def don’t have the gear to do sets (or even broken sets) with all the choice stats and forget choice substats. Its rare that I make a new gear raid level…
They need a mass gear upgrade function for gear to lvl 4 (or higher) and then a mass sell button on the same screen so you can pump and dump (sort) your new gear in minutes vs. hours
What I want to see is the ATK to DEF ratio per content. So GR3-19/20/21 or even guild boss. My rule of thumb is atk atk atk to progress content and that is the way to go during progression. But when your working on late game GB4 or GR19-21. So *example* GB3 will need 7000atk minimum to break the def threshold and GB4 might be 9000atk total and then you can concentrate on crit damage. I'm very sure this is how the game is built, Atk does not equate to damage purely minus def, when in fact its damage to def ratio equates breaking that def then you can gain big damage gains there after. I've done some basic testing but think it'll be good to get a way that it could be tested steering away from all the variables as possible
Can you talk about how you sort through gear as a late/end game player and how you decide what to keep and what to sell? There are a few videos by several content creators talking about gear filtering/selling, but it is always so dry. I know that sorting gear is in and of itself a dry and tedious process, but you have a way of grabbing my attention and making content fun to watch. I feel like I have a good grasp on the left side gear, but the right side is a bit of a hassle and I'm left guessing if i made the right choices when going through my gear. Your videos with fastidious have really helped, but I am always looking for new tips and tricks especially for the right side gear. Thank you for the content you produce, and I'm always looking forward to watching your latest videos.

Ash, my friend, you in powered me again, thank you for that! Lately ( Fasti proved it) i understood that most important is a correct build Gear then some Lego chars for progressing forward. I was wrong when i prioritized my game on summoning's. Now i am focusing on gear only, much more raids. But i am still not sure how better combine between 3 main stats: Atk, C.rate, C.dmg. will be very helpful if you could explain in deep about it. thanks again.
Awesome video as always but when you were speaking about the attack speed you said that it make your healers heal more. But i've been seeying a lot of videos saying that attack speed does not affect heal speed. This might be a fun idea for a video to put it to the test yourself. Have a nice day!
For me from early to mid into endgame for dps the stats are crit>atk>speed>c.dmg. early game you just need some stats, mid game you already should have some atk and crit so you add the speed and later you upgrade to add uo the c.dmg.
Thank you for saying "have my cake and eat it too." it's a pet peeve of mine when people say it the other way around lol. Also thanks for the info. I'm abel to farm gr1 and 2 at stage 18 but can't get there for gr3. I think I am missing a couple key marksmen so that may have something to do with it as well. I'm really hoping to get a maul soon.
I do dailies, but basically quit. I can smoke level 18 grs but can’t do a single 19. No lineup change works, no fear swapping it working, etc. I feel that I CAN’T progress , so I stopped wasting time. I have rl stuff to do, and that’s something I CAN complete!
I would say this is a good concept but not sure it's imperative. This tip would be dependent on how you want to play. Even with free gear removal & swap ive cleared GR19, AMR 17, PR E2 & Resource 7 & 8 without regearing or swapping. I personally as a F2P just try to build my heros the best I can with the gear I have. Everything takes time. On a side note, I cleared all Promotions about 2 months ago and barely pulled Valkyra today. Off topic, can you ask the other CC why none of them offer hero guides?
Old School; Rules ! Lol. Yep. Paper notes. What's the Detrimental percentage on the rolls to confirm that it's endgame worthy gear? Anyone can get gear that's got (for example ) Attack % + Attack Speed + Crit Rate + Crit Damage or toss in Rage Regen with mostly Attack (various ) stats and it's still not enough, if the rolls/bars are low. So does every stat need 50% + to be endgame worthy gear? Or is there a lower percentage that qualifies to work as base minimum? Seriously good inquiries. Hopefully you'll respond.
I have 5 legendarys including 3 pretty strong ones and a good amount of great epics, I'm only account level 33, so havnt been playing too too long but I'd love for you to test my account and see what more you could clear as I'm pretty hard stuck on the gear raids! Thanks for the content bro
I'm pretty sure that account focus shouldn't be on gear raid, have you done story ? Unlocked good exp farm ? Are all those great heros level 60 at 6* purple and with maxed skills ?
When the set bonus outweigh the loss from not having good rolls. Left side sets are easy and you should aim for them. I just started doing gr19 1 and 3 and have only 1 hero who has a set on the right (sylas with the set for single target the game gives you for free). Proper sets on the right are endgame basically.
I have a horrible time with gearing. I've been stuck at stage 18 of gear raids and rarely find a piece that's worth upgrading. I have all the heroes I could need to do each gear raid but not the gear 😟
true dmg cant crit eg nocturn can benefit from higher atk stat some heroes have def reduction so crit dmg can be more important shields are based of hp so higher hp is better heals are based of the healers hp/atk and also the targets max hp dont be afraid to make a tanky fighter many bosses hit defenders with big atks and a tanky fighter can avoid these E.g Void stage 1 Aracha (Abomination is a monster in HP main stat glacier set) rage regen can be very important for select heroes mainly atk based healers. e.g hollow. atk speed helps with rage regen, if starting out aim for 70% crit rate (you have more then 1 chance to atk) hope it helps
So major issue with Moonton on this one. Regulus' basic attack does not mention anything about restoring rage on the basic attack until you unlock skill level 1. I just looked at my unskilled Regulus and his basic attack ends after the second sentence and its not intuitive that the skill has any rage regen. Yes it says "Periodic Rage Regen (ATK) +3" but how is a new played supposed to know that means every every 4 basic attacks hes going to get a rage boost? The skill is not clear from the start on how the skill ups are going to impact the hero.
defenders are easier to build no need for crit rate or crit damage or healing effect and healers easier to build same as defenders tho dont need def crit rate or crit damage offensive units dont need def or healing effect hp is optional for survivability i think this is the best way to put it what each class does not need yes there are priorities on stats but that a conversation in itself
im actually guilty of what you said. I would have attack stacked up nicely, same with attack speed and crit capped but like +25 only on crit damage. Im sure a lot of people are in the same boat.
I find it very funny, Ash says no one reads the kits!!! I’m not hero chasing, I just enjoy the game. Yes it can be frustrating, no I won’t quit because of that. The thing is I watch these types of videos to get amused. They spend a lot of time and money on these games, they also get rewarded for making content, every one should know that. Unless you spend too many hours playing a game. Re-idirate a Game, they are meant to be fun, not a lifestyle. Creators get paid to show off. Non creators do not.

I see what you are saying, but 99.9% of the time, my substat rolls are shit. I see all this gear that you content creators show that are all purple, with gold sprinkled in here and there. I'm lucky to get ONE purple, even on mythic gear. It's total bullshit.

Unfortunately I don’t have invigoration gears I’m so frustrated I’m stucked G17 or all those powerful gears which is in G19 and above. I’m level 63. Love this games but I’m angry can move up please don’t have any great legen to.
4579820(50024) (156 days ATM) So I'm F2P and only playing on the PHONE so no afk/ clicker/ farm So when you farm ( any thing more then 100 runs ) -1st do a auto run see iff you have gear on heros -2nd look how much gold/XP you earn per run , might worth buying 100% buff -3rd gear farm you need atk%/hp%; crit rate/DMG; atk speed the rest indifret from subs just sell -4th depending on your progress (early, mid, late) farm for 2 subs (legend and Mith) such as the options i ment on 3rd point ---3 subs (Mith) for mid to late progress; and all 4 subs for ancient for late game -5th DON'T GET GREEDY you need to farm 150-200 runs for 1 piece with 3subs (that have at least 1purple sub) so get ready to grind -6th when you enhance gear legend/Mith do auto +8 iff you don't have the first 2 option closer to purple/2 bars/20% just sell that piece is a failure (even whit 3subs) -7th MID/LATE GAME write down specific main and 3subs for a dedicated build, usually tank, healer, invig/buffs, but some cc heros as well -8th after you got all of this , join us in rageing over gold and r&g on subs :D

One thing Raid has on this game is simplicity in the skill descriptions. In WoR, half the kits are so convoluted it’s hard to make sense of them.

Don't forget that locking in attack speed pairs so damn we'll with rage regen. Just something to consider.

Thank you for saying "have my cake and eat it too." it's a pet peeve of mine when people say it the other way around lol. Also thanks for the info. I'm abel to farm gr1 and 2 at stage 18 but can't get there for gr3. I think I am missing a couple key marksmen so that may have something to do with it as well. I'm really hoping to get a maul soon.

I do dailies, but basically quit. I can smoke level 18 grs but can’t do a single 19. No lineup change works, no fear swapping it working, etc. I feel that I CAN’T progress , so I stopped wasting time. I have rl stuff to do, and that’s something I CAN complete!
I was thinking the same but in about a week i now can clear 1 and 3 at 19 , some heroes who sat and were collecting dust actually made the difference.
I would say this is a good concept but not sure it's imperative. This tip would be dependent on how you want to play. Even with free gear removal & swap ive cleared GR19, AMR 17, PR E2 & Resource 7 & 8 without regearing or swapping. I personally as a F2P just try to build my heros the best I can with the gear I have. Everything takes time. On a side note, I cleared all Promotions about 2 months ago and barely pulled Valkyra today.

What's the Detrimental percentage on the rolls to confirm that it's endgame worthy gear?
Anyone can get gear that's got (for example ) Attack % + Attack Speed + Crit Rate + Crit Damage or toss in Rage Regen with mostly Attack (various ) stats and it's still not enough, if the rolls/bars are low.
So does every stat need 50% + to be endgame worthy gear? Or is there a lower percentage that qualifies to work as base minimum?

I have 5 legendarys including 3 pretty strong ones and a good amount of great epics, I'm only account level 33, so havnt been playing too too long but I'd love for you to test my account and see what more you could clear as I'm pretty hard stuck on the gear raids! Thanks for the content bro
I'm pretty sure that account focus shouldn't be on gear raid, have you done story ? Unlocked good exp farm ? Are all those great heros level 60 at 6* purple and with maxed skills ?
i have a question, when should i consider going for sets than %?
When the set bonus outweigh the loss from not having good rolls. Left side sets are easy and you should aim for them. I just started doing gr19 1 and 3 and have only 1 hero who has a set on the right (sylas with the set for single target the game gives you for free). Proper sets on the right are endgame basically.

I have a horrible time with gearing. I've been stuck at stage 18 of gear raids and rarely find a piece that's worth upgrading. I have all the heroes I could need to do each gear raid but not the gear 😟
i have been curious i can do about 2k on NM4 do i go for that and 6.5k on NM3 or instead of NM4 do i continue to go for top chest in NM2 ?
true dmg cant crit eg nocturn can benefit from higher atk stat
some heroes have def reduction so crit dmg can be more important
shields are based of hp so higher hp is better
heals are based of the healers hp/atk and also the targets max hp
dont be afraid to make a tanky fighter many bosses hit defenders with big atks and a tanky fighter can avoid these E.g Void stage 1 Aracha (Abomination is a monster in HP main stat glacier set)
rage regen can be very important for select heroes mainly atk based healers. e.g hollow.
atk speed helps with rage regen,
if starting out aim for 70% crit rate (you have more then 1 chance to atk)

So major issue with Moonton on this one. Regulus' basic attack does not mention anything about restoring rage on the basic attack until you unlock skill level 1. I just looked at my unskilled Regulus and his basic attack ends after the second sentence and its not intuitive that the skill has any rage regen. Yes it says "Periodic Rage Regen (ATK) +3" but how is a new played supposed to know that means every every 4 basic attacks hes going to get a rage boost? The skill is not clear from the start on how the skill ups are going to impact the hero.
I don't even know what good pieces of gear should look like.

defenders are easier to build no need for crit rate or crit damage or healing effect and healers easier to build same as defenders tho dont need def crit rate or crit damage offensive units dont need def or healing effect hp is optional for survivability i think this is the best way to put it what each class does not need yes there are priorities on stats but that a conversation in itself

im actually guilty of what you said. I would have attack stacked up nicely, same with attack speed and crit capped but like +25 only on crit damage. Im sure a lot of people are in the same boat.

I find it very funny, Ash says no one reads the kits!!! I’m not hero chasing, I just enjoy the game. Yes it can be frustrating, no I won’t quit because of that. The thing is I watch these types of videos to get amused. They spend a lot of time and money on these games, they also get rewarded for making content, every one should know that. Unless you spend too many hours playing a game. Re-idirate a Game, they are meant to be fun, not a lifestyle. Creators get paid to show off. Non creators do not.

I see what you are saying, but 99.9% of the time, my substat rolls are shit. I see all this gear that you content creators show that are all purple, with gold sprinkled in here and there. I'm lucky to get ONE purple, even on mythic gear. It's total bullshit.

Unfortunately I don’t have invigoration gears I’m so frustrated I’m stucked G17 or all those powerful gears which is in G19 and above. I’m level 63. Love this games but I’m angry can move up please don’t have any great legen to.

So I'm F2P and only playing on the PHONE so no afk/ clicker/ farm
So when you farm ( any thing more then 100 runs )
-1st do a auto run see iff you have gear on heros
-2nd look how much gold/XP you earn per run , might worth buying 100% buff
-3rd gear farm you need atk%/hp%; crit rate/DMG; atk speed the rest indifret from subs just sell
-4th depending on your progress (early, mid, late) farm for 2 subs (legend and Mith) such as the options i ment on 3rd point
---3 subs (Mith) for mid to late progress; and all 4 subs for ancient for late game
-5th DON'T GET GREEDY you need to farm 150-200 runs for 1 piece with 3subs (that have at least 1purple sub) so get ready to grind
-6th when you enhance gear legend/Mith do auto +8 iff you don't have the first 2 option closer to purple/2 bars/20% just sell that piece is a failure (even whit 3subs)
-7th MID/LATE GAME write down specific main and 3subs for a dedicated build, usually tank, healer, invig/buffs, but some cc heros as well
-8th after you got all of this , join us in rageing over gold and r&g on subs :D
