I've had mine since the pandemic and I love it. I use it at home while I watch tv and I usually work up a good sweat depending on how vigorous my workout is.
Definitely seems like a good time to have something like this.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I like it but can anyone help explain how to read the distance properly. I understand it is in meters, but the decimal point has me thrown. Right now my bike reads 0.334 . how many meters is this?
Same does that mean 3.34km?

I would think anything that increases movement to the legs would aid in circulation, so it should be helpful.
Does anyone know what type of footwear I should I use?
What types of bolts or nails come with it? Mine was packaged without them, which makes it extremely frustrating. Thank you.
I'm sorry I don't remember it's been awhile and I'm in a hospital so I couldn't look if I were at home and if I were at home because of the issues I'm having I don't think I could help cuz I don't think I could move that thing or get to it. I'm sorry to hear that you're disabled, I am as well and have been for nearly 30 years or so. It's been a long time since this video so I don't really recall a lot and I was never really one that cared too much about the actual little monitor portion of this product. There should be a user manual user guide included or you can email the company where you purchased it and they can probably give you more information, sorry I can't be a lot of assistance with this but I hope that you have good results with using this product and it helps with your situation.

The bottom where you add the stablizer has screws holding the product together. Do you leave them in and then add the stablizers to ther correct area? Or do you remove them and hope that it stays together?

Does anyone know what the purpose of the nylon strap is for that comes in the bag with the nonslip mat? Thanks.
The only straps I recall are for the pedals but I just don't remember at the moment so I can't be of more help maybe someone else will know more sorry.
Yes, they (the straps) are to wrap around the rear legs, then the smaller pads attach to the floor (vinyl or tile type). Then this will hold back on the machine and prevent it from slipping forward as you are using it. This stops the rocking /slipping motion of your machine.
The small pads then attach to the floor and should be placed 3.3 inches a part, with the first one aligned with the right leg of your chair. I hope this helps, there is other video that show this process.
This this broke on me during 3rd use. Where the pedal screws in completely warped and that was it. I was disappointed
That's unfortunate, it makes me wonder if they made changes since this video or if it was one of those things that just happens. I hope you are able to get it replaced under warranty.

If the battery is good and the connection appears fine fine then I really don't have any ideas other than if you feel ambitious you might open it up and look for some kind of damage or disconnection on the inside.

I'm sorry this was a long time ago when this video was made and I know there's a little readout included but I don't recall the specifics of how you use it so if there's a user manual I suggest looking on that and if it's not helpful I would say contact the seller from where you purchased it and maybe they can give you more assistance. I wouldn't say so, it's just a nice option when a stationary isn't an option.
