I always tell the online know-it-alls that 8 power binos can reach much further than they think. This video proves exactly my point. An 8x bino has a much steadier image too than a 10x bino due to less magnification. They have much better handling and all the birdwatchers believe 8x32 to be nirvana. Swarovski, Leica, and Zeiss (in that order) produce beautiful clear images and given the cost of these Terra EDs (extra-low dispersion - for $350!), the image is remarkably sharp out to the edges while the color and contrast are a bit subdued. These are a terrific pair of binos for the money!
