Totally agree. Working in a shoe store has shown me true sneaker value, the manufacturing quality on standard pairs are horrendous. Nike definitely went for quantity over quality.

Not at all, it took some doings to get the topcoat off with the coin & wet washcloth so you should be good to go wearing these naturally over time without the swooshes scratching off!

You can leave the swoosh as it is! I just knew many would want to see what’s underneath. If you decide to leave these as is straight out of the box, the swoosh will naturally wear away over time!

A long time IMO. It took some doings for me to expose the underneath scratching it with the coin & paper towel so I guess as long as you’re wearing these without reckless intent, the topcoat swoosh should be fine.
You should be fine wearing these naturally for awhile without any significant paint chipping. It took a WET washcloth directly to the topcoat for 5 minutes for me to see any results.😅

You can definitely wear these naturally without worrying about the black being scratched off. It would take real carelessness (hitting a curb, bad scuff) to expose the red paint underneath.

No worries, not a dumb question at all! From my past experiences, I do get more W’s on SNKRS than these types of Nike app drops but I have heard the stock being pretty plentiful for both pairs so it really just comes down to how fast you are checking out & then praying for the W😂

It comes off SLOWLY with natural wear. You should be fine maintaining the black swoosh if that’s what you’re wanting.
