There’s no doubt about it. Traditional expectations have dissolved in these volatile times of rapidly shifting realities. If you allow the decisions of others or external situations to affect your equilibrium, you’re missing out on the potential of unpredictable times to open up new and powerful capacities within you. We primarily create in proportion to the situations we encounter. Our perception can be simultaneously local and non-local; we can merge the past, present, and future with fascinating results; we can activate radically original creativity for generating new ideas and solutions, and we can utilize the many domains of consciousness that await our invitation. As always, this teaching is couched in Dr. Houston’s love of joy and our human potentialities.

I live in Australia and in 1996 I had a radio program called The Big Picture and interviiwed Dr Jean Houston by phone from America. She has been a beacon of light for many people for many years. Great to hear her now, still working in the present on our Quantum selves.
Every word is a masterpiece for the body, mind, heart and soul of humanity!
I believe everything Jean says! She's such a genius! She thinks of things, imagines things we can't.

I wish my Mom could have listened to Jean when she was making the decisions for me. She would have gathered enough courage to have made better decisions, instead of having been a slave of her anxieties and responsibilities. Now it is up to me, as a strong but damaged trucker in my late forties, to be inspired and learn from Dr Houston `s teachings and take care of my situation, and support my mother.
I'm starting to realise that if we have everyone do everything for us (treat us kindly, acknowledge our greatness, etc) the search for our True Self will never begin.
Suffering itself is the catalyst for our growth.

Here , among other great things, it the perfect example of why robots can't be used for reading poetry and great stories. Emotion in the voice is NECESSARY to affect the listener's heart and comprehension. I really hope we only record phone books and driving directions with robot voices, nothing that has emotional content should be done that way, because it will flatten the affect of future generations.

Ina Balin wrote songs. His songs were starting to get recognized. Was thinking about his name. That it is not big enough. Choose Irving Berlin as it had a solid strength. Also Berlin, the city, was in the news. Associations. History proved him right. One of his favorite songs was written 20 years earlier. He had tabled the song, being not sure how it would be received. He said OK to the famous singer, Kate Smith, to perform his song, "God Bless America" in 1940. What a song! What a voice! What a production! It is an archived classic!

She experienced earth time as a teenager with du Chardin! How lucky for her. He authored "The Phenomenon of Man." Read the book in my thirties. Knew he knew there was more to humanity than the Church allowed us and him to know. His work is so very respectful of the greater aspects of mankind, that he felt but did not write. Here is Jean Houston filling in the rest of the story of Now, that he must have known in his bones. She spoke 4 years ago. Today is Friday April 29, 2022. Her words apply to today's NOW even more so. Chaos is huge. There is no security in the world since Russian leader Putin attacked Ukraine with troops, tanks, missiles with deadly effects. UN and world sanctions are a slow walk to end his plans for a bigger Russia. Lives of all ages continue to be lost, as war does not end. Will he push into Poland and other near countries? Our Lady of Lourdes said our world is at risk from Russia if we do not pray. No one wants a third World War. How do we respond to the threat? Is Church leadership guiding us? A small voice has little effect on missile attacks that continues. May Day is Sunday, a usual day of celebration of Russian power. Will we see it on the news? With all the violence, we need to be centered in the the words and prompts from Jean Houston. And take to heart her messages of 4 years ago. To hear her voice again, as strengthening powers to meet the current threats to life, liberty, and Democracy. I feel the convictions she promotes, alive now as then. Eternally renewing. Got it.

Interesting contents, but I can't listen to the dramatic shouting for more than 10 minutes at a time. A bit less ta-daaa would have more convincing impact on me. Might be a matter of taste, though.
