If I want to do the Triple Extension thing, would it make sense if I position myself like in 3:38 but with the back foot totally extended? When I do that, I feel most weight of the body on the front leg, don't know if that's good or bad.
Isn’t throwing a football more over the top? My son uses that a lot to get his arm loose but is that bad for mechanics if he is an over the top arm slot thrower? He does have early trunk rotation to accommodate that over the top path.
