    Thank you for posting!
    I have some questions..
How do I submit secondary insurance by mail?
    - How to I fill out the CMS1500 - is it regular but with the secondary insurance info?
    - Do I add the EOBs to the packet?

You have to comply with both contracts. That’s what it comes down to. You can’t pick and choose and say that you’re going to choose the primary one. You have to go with the lowest rate because you have to comply with both contracts. I am constantly arguing this with my own providers (as I am a doctor) and it is maddening. If Blue Cross Blue Shield allows 125 for a code and Tricare allows 100, 100 is the rate and all money paid goes to that, you can’t bill the patient the extra 25. Period.
