Love the stream & videos from RAF Marham. Great to see the F-35s. It took me some time to warm to them. Then again, I did think there was nothing that could replace the Harrier. I love reading the info attached too, some incredible history from Marham. Thank you. Thanks to all the Squadrons/crews at RAF Marham too ❤
Oii Oii Nikos and Ted love this I said it at the time these SRVL's look amazing when the runway is wet (as is often the case der noaw) the spray looks superb, makes for some brilliant footage. Amazing skills from these pilots in perfect harmony with their aircraft and to make it better we get the spray in 4K oohhhh yeahhhh thanks Nikos and Ted.
There's something cooler about the rolling landings than the vertical. I think it's because it's so smooth without having to spend time positioning before coming down. Fantastic to see and that's all thanks to you Nikos - cheers 👍
Whilst not being the busiest airbase on the streams ,Marham does give us some fantastic sights (and sounds). These F-35 SRVLs are a great example of this with the wet runway and spray. More top quality TCS footage. Thanks Nikos and Ted.
The sound is awesome, along with the spray. Wet runway landings not easy. But the F-35 lightnings vertical landing ability. It's a pretty cool aircraft. Still prefer my Harrier. But I guess F-35B Is the next level and it's progress makes for a faster, more effective and efficient aircraft for our RAF in modern day warfare. Great capture and footage Nikos and Ted oii oii 🫡🫡
Much more obvious when landing from that direction. Can see the whole event unfold right there. Some special piece of kit that 🆒️❤❤. Take me too Marham!! 😁😉.. to where the cool 😎 things happen. Enjoy your time off . Thanks for the fun in 2024...
I think the US Marines will be interested in this technique for their smaller carriers/assault ships .....all they need then is a ski-jump bows ...........

Oiii oiiiii AW 🤙🏼 thank you so much. The spray really added to these landings. Always good when it’s wet and you have an F-35B floating around

Pretty fabulous water plating of the F-35B Lightning II on a wet runway 😊
Oii oiii Doug thank you very much. It is so cool when there is a wet runway, adds so much to the video and blast

They are on a well earned Christmas break, a chance for them to spend some time with their families and friends
How fast was that touchdown? 50 mph is my guess.
