I married my thai wife one year after meeting her and things are great. But this was after several years in Thailand and she was my second long term thai girlfriend.... glad I didnt marry the first one!
That’s the thing Ben. I have lived the conversation money style for many years. I don’t know if it can be taught. Just like a simple cup of coffee. Starbucks would not exist if the world only had Ben and Steve’s 😮😊😮😊
Ain't that the truth Steve. Funny story. I'd never bought a Starbucks until 2014 when I came to the Philippines and the girl I was dating really really wanted to try. I remember saying the whole capitalist diatribe, but she got nosebleed and I just comprised 😂
The preview says "why don't you tell us about your slow roll..." And that's all I can see. I imagine it was one of your famous " I told him" posts..but sadly it seems TH-cam removed it. I'd love to counter. Really I would
It is not that there are a lot of scammers, it is that they are a large part of the number available. Example (If there are 4 scammers out of 100 Filipinas, 95 are taken and you end up with 1 out of the 5 left who are not scammers, 20 %, 4 of those left are scammers, 80%)
@@philippinesxtremes Because sometimes it does work out. I'm not saying thats what we did, but didn't you hear stories from your father or grandfather about people rushing out to elope and getting married in Las Vegas? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The only REAL trick is to pick the right girl. This stupid advice about taking your time and waiting a year and bla bla bla bla bla is just that, stupid advice. Thinking about things in terms of odds or statistics is just ignorant. Don't judge people for making stupid decisions especially in the Philippines. Part of the path to success is YOU (the royal YOU) has to change along the way. Sometimes you will never know the good girl when you see her unless you have ran through a couple bad ones first. People need to learn from experience, not stupid advice from people who just want clicks and views and Google Ad Sense money because they need it. If someone goes over there listening to all the hard and fast advice given by expats with TH-cam channels and takes it all as absolute rules, they will never find the right girl because they are going to be too busy being overly defensive and screw it up.
Oh be quiet man. The old generation is dead. That mentality doesn't exist. Back then a dude wanted to be married because that was the right thing to do as opposed to shacking up unwed. And the woman didn't wanna be looked at as promiscuous and her motives were more in line with traditional values like being a homemaker and raising babies. If you haven't noticed...times have changed. Significantly. If you're suggesting some old severely overweight guy should indeed meet a young hot 20 something from online and propose in a cpl of days.. you're the one being stupid I never said don't date. Duh, of course that's how u learn the difference between good and bad. They do indeed need that experience. But I will never agree with you or anyone who supports rushed engagement to someone they don't even know..HERE. in the PHILIPPINES... where we are perceived MUCH MUCH differently. Furthermore, any channel on TH-cam is in it for clicks and likes...**SHOCKER**.. That includes 99% of those posting here..even the channels you happen to enjoy.
Tack!
Much appreciated brother ❤️🙏

Which is a normal, level headed approach. Glad to hear you applied patience and didn't rush into something with that first one man.

Yes..a numbers game Randy. You're right
Actually after arriving in Philippines and I married my wife in two days of being there and meeting her, we have been married now for 6 great years.
Do you live here full time/take her back home? Did u ldr/talk online for a long time?
That could never happen to me... wink wink.
Of course not. but if on the odd chance it did..you'd learn 👍
When the small head is focused the big head turns off.
For sure. And that's when the trouble ensues hehe
I'm sure you did everything perfect the first time there.
Who said that? And why would that parallel rushing into an engagement in a couple of days?
