I tried to use your code in a single axis solar tracker but it didn't work. The servo won't move to the coded initial position which is 90° and it won't move in a 180° direction. do you have any advice?

50 watt solar panel is big enough it won't run a motor

Yes you can use any servo motor
Without changing the code
Code has nothing to do with the Model of Servo its Function is to Let the Arduino provide PWM signal to Servo

But I think the servos will consume the additional energy it have generated by locating the sun
So overall we get nothing out of it
(that's the reason it never implemented in practical life)

servo consumes more less energy than you think

& bigger servos consumes more energy
@@TechsScience bigger panels = get more energy, it is proportional
anyway you could get 30% more of energy if the panel follows the sunlight, and trust me
a servo doesn't consume 30% of energy of a solar panel
