These used to be Westinghouse key card controlled. I stayed on the 25th floor back then and the buttons in all cars seemed to have a short. The buttons would go out in transit and you couldn't just push the button. One trip up I had to swipe the card 3 times. These are still the best elevators in Houston though

Judging by the bell from the 30th floor and the way the doors move on the 30th floor as well, I'm willing to bet this used to be A Westinghouse elevator.
