Doing a core aeration and hydretain application next growing season is gonna be a chore (hint hint wink wink).
Have you also considered installing permanent LED lights around the house? We got Trimlight installed this year and we absolutely love them! Your house would be a great candidate. I'd recommend getting the 6" spacing instead of the 9" spacing if this is something you decide to get done at some point. I also think you get a discount if someone (like me 😉) is your referral, I'd have to check.
Yes, that would be an absolute chore, and I don’t know if next year‘s gonna be the year to do it or the year after but I’m gonna put down humid acid and probably use the hydretain. As for the lights, I will look into it, but unfortunately, in this neighborhood, we are highly restricted on outpouring lights
