How is it we great mental giants that lays out the blueprint on what to do? Yet, we have not developed real concrete institutions to bring the theory into practice.

I saw him in 1989 at New Creation Christian Fellowship in San Antonio. Title: Competent, Confident, and Committed. It is amazing how truth transcends time and a "new generation" of people can hear the powerful message he communicates. I got the cassettes and shared them with those I thought could "handle" the message and EVERYONE was blown away. I stopped at 1:30 but I am sure I know and will still enjoy the rest of the message. It still will be good (again). Now, I will hit the play button.
I love Dr. Kunjufu's ideas on education and motivating our young. But I am a little worried about his dietary advice. I think we should study the recommendations of dietitians and other experts on healthy eating. Yes, much of what he said about healthy eating is well-known but his suggestion of a link between consumption of dairy products and "tumors" sounds pretty unscientific to me. There is a whole lot of fear-mongering about our food going on. His recommendation that fresh food is healthier than heavily processed food is spot on.
