You didn't install mechanical seal, and i think that impeler is spining in the opposite direction.The bearings are probably old.Bad job.

strange cos in the video it seems to work perfectly fine huh.... if the impeller was spinning backwards water wouldn't be coming out of it and instead air would be going into the pond....
